How long has it been since she was out this late without her sunglasses on? She is definitely improving. Her clothing, her hair and makeup and her behavior. She is a very sick young woman. According to the COURTS she is not mentally stable so therefore she is not accountable for her acts. It will take a lot of therapy and the right med's to stabilize her. She is coming along. But it will be a while before we see the fire in her eyes that once was there. And as far as her talent, she will likely attempt to make a comeback not that she needs to becasue she is stinky rich and does not have to work. But she is anartist. That is why she is rich. No matter what you haters say, she is the one with the 100 million dollars for payment for her talent and you do not have it so I guess you that are talking trash about her performance abilities are wrong. E! News has learned that Britney Spears met secretly with her pal Alli Sims Friday afternoon at the Fred Segal boutique in West Hollywood.

Sources tell E! that Sims arrived at the store about 10 minutes before Britney who then tried to slip inside unnoticed. A source tells E! that Spears hatched the meet-up via text-message, reportedly instructing Sims to meet her in a dressing room there.

The stealth tactics were apparently prompted by the fact that Alli has been prohibited from seeing Britney by her father Jamie Spears due to Alli's loyalty to Britney's former manager and confidante Sam Lutfi. After their cloakroom confab, the pair shopped together briefly.
