If this story were true, and if the kids were to test positive, that does not mean that Britney is going to get custody back. Britney has already been deemed unfit and if Kevin is deemed unfit also the kids will end up in foster care and probably separated from each other because there is no guarantee they would be able to be fostered together. I don't think there is any truth to this story though, if it were true and the boys did test positive, there is no real way to determine when they were exposed to the marijuana. I believe that if anything did come of the testing Kevin would probably have to be subjected to drug tests along with Britney and the worst that would happen is the children will be placed in foster care and NOT back with Britney.

First, the whole story is very questionable. My first reaction was that she doesn't even get close enough to her kids to smell anything on them! And as a previous poster wrote, the monitor would have noticed. Second, Kevin already takes voluntary drug tests and has for months. Third, we know he goes outside just to smoke cigs, thanks to the x17 paps who camp outside his house. So it's not likely he'd then smoke pot around the kids inside. Don't find this story believable at all.

Somebody set the record straight, please! I have a roommate who is constantly smoking pot. The whole house reeks of it. Even so, I have never failed a pre employment drug test. I have spoken to a number of people over at quest diagnostics about this in the past. They assure me that there is no STANDARD test (follicle, blood and urinalysis) that will show a positive for THC due to second hand smoke. Of course, they might be full of shit but they are the ones who run these tests every day. Anyone know otherwise?

Kevin should have the boys tested for second had stupid residue from the time they spend with this cracked out waste of space.

The same magazine that printed the pictures K-fed sold of Sean and Jayden, is the same magazine, that is coming out with this story.
No one knows if it is true, magazines make up headlines all the time. I for one hope that this does not turn out to be true for the boys sake, (but if it is true, and the court monitor has smelled the marijuana on the boys too, then K-fed is in some deep shit), and has some explaining to do. The monitor is there for the children, and she is the one who apparently suggested that Britney cut the children's hair and get it tested to see if they have been exposed to marijuana at their father's house.
No one should be smoking drugs near those children, and if it turns out that K-Fed has been, he should be sent to rehab, and have drug testing, just like Britney. We know he smokes marijuana, and is a drug user, (Shar told PerezHilton that), so I would not be surprised if he has not stopped that behaviour, especially since he is NOT currently being tested for drugs, and doesn;t think he can get caught.
BUT IN THE END: This is about the children, and any parent who is doing something that is NOT in the children's best interest should be investigated, and should be required to correct their behaviour. FAIR IS FAIR

K-Fed's actions during his marriage played a huge role in the state of mind Britney found herself in after her marriage ended.
