If this story were true, and if the kids were to test positive, that does not mean that Britney is going to get custody back. I don't think there is any truth to this story though, if it were true and the boys did test positive, there is no real way to determine when they were exposed to the marijuana. I believe that if anything did come of the testing Kevin would probably have to be subjected to drug tests along with Britney and the worst that would happen is the children will be placed in foster care and NOT back with Britney.

Somebody set the record straight, please! I have a roommate who is constantly smoking pot. The whole house reeks of it. Even so, I have never failed a pre employment drug test. I have spoken to a number of people over at quest diagnostics about this in the past. They assure me that there is no STANDARD test (follicle, blood and urinalysis) that will show a positive for THC due to second hand smoke. Of course, they might be full of shit but they are the ones who run these tests every day. Anyone know otherwise?

Kevin should have the boys tested for second had stupid residue from the time they spend with this cracked out waste of space.
