Um, I just read the entire court order regarding custody. It basically ripped her a new one. She has less visitation than before, 2 seven hour visits and one over-night. All monitored.

As previously speculated, she has to submit to hair and urine tests twice a week. Failure to answer her phone iis a failed test. So of course, the head shaving WAS in order to try and circumvent drug testing. Now she gets both urine and hair... and has to comply within 6 hours twice a week or that is considered a failure...

They are doing the right thing... Her trainwreck should not destroy the childhood of the children she has used as props and seems to just be bothered by having to be a mother.

STATISTICS HAVE SHOWN THAT MOST CHILDREN ARE NOT PROPERLY RESTRAINED IN THEIR CAR SEAT! Perhaps they should make car seats that are more self explanatory if such a large # of people can not figure them out!

Do you honestly believe every person w/ a child childproofs the home??? Especially those living in multi-million dollar mansions??! Give me a break! My child is a teenager, and I did not child proof my home. He turned out just fine! It depends on the child. My niece was entirely different, and child proofing was absolutely necessary. There seems to be some confusion on the ruling. Some of the other sites are saying 3 visits...2 regular, 1 overnight, but if you read the document, it says two visits from noon until 7 pm with one of the days extending until 10 the next morning.She still has to have the monitor. She also still has to do the random drug testing, so she really didn't win anything.

The children are in danger because, if they are ignored, at their ages, they could easily be hurt or worse. It takes a moment for a small child to have a terrible accident.

The strangest thing is that the very last session with the kids, Britney was animated and seemed 'engaged' with the kids which makes everyone wonder if 1) She was being stubborn and causing her kids stress just because she didn't like having a monitor around or 2) She was putting on a show as a last minute effort or 3) She has severe mood swings.

Her homes have no plug covers, no fences around dangerous areas, and no indication that two toddlers live there. She has toys but only in one room. Some are not age appropriate. One, in particular, scares Jayden terribly but she insists he play with it.

As a mother you want to be near your children ALL OF THE TIME. She will live in a hellish world of regret when she finally grows up, stops being selfish, and realizes that she cannot get this time with them back again. Missing out on your childrens' young lives is sooooo sad. As you see, plans for the holidays need to be made - Thanksgiving and Christmas. This will go on until mid year 2008.

I believe the judge did the right thing and was actually generous with Britney considering her demeanor and the evidence. She loves her kids. But love isn't enough. Just because a man has children with another woman, before he knew his current love interest, does not make that love interest a bad person, even if she doesn't like the children's birth mother.

Kevin's children are too young to understand anything that's said in the tabloids, and I'm pretty sure that Nicole is not having deep conversations with a toddler and a baby regarding their birth mother, if she's even around the kids at all. Kids that young only know if people treat them nicely or if they ignore them (like their mom does).

I just read the judges orders. I was surprised that it actually sounded much more posative then TMZ reported. The coach said after the report was written her visit with Britney was much better. The other monitors all reported everything was fine with the exception of the house not being child proof.

The judge said what caused him concern was why was the first 3 visits with the monitor bad ones. He now will extend all this into April of 2008?? Like Greta said tonight on her show, where is the concern? If there was a true concern for the safety of these kids it wouldn't be dragged on and on like this.

Britney Spears will now only be allowed to see her sons twice a week instead of every other day according to a new court ruling.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon made the ruling today, following last Friday’s hearing with the singer and her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Under the new agreement, Britney will only see two year old Sean and one year old Jayden between 12pm-7pm on one day, then an overnight stay from 12pm-10am on the second day. Both visits will be monitored by a court-appointed supervisor as has been the previous arrangement.
