Spears is finally getting her life back in order and we are so happy for her. And so is Federline.

The man who once was considered the bad guy is anything but. K-Fed didn't have to allowed Brit Brit any visitation. It wasn't court-mandated. But he and his lawyers worked with Britney's dad, Jamie, and her attorneys to make sure they could reach an agreement that would keep everyone happy, especially those two kids.

We are cautiously optimistic that this good progress Britney has made these last few weeks will continue. We hope it does. She still has more work to do on her path towards health and happiness.

But this is a very encouraging step in that direction!

Well I'm glad some of you are glad. I'm worried about the kids, but they're not mine so if she drops em in the pool then it's not my concern. I DO think it's a great idea to have a psychologist there to monitor her behavior and judge if Britney is sincere or not and also see if her mother instincts are kicking in at all. Personally I feel that they should have hired a bodyguard for each of the babies just to be safER but I suppose nobody thought of that. jglad, I'm starting up 2 blogs. We're in the infancy stage with them right now. They're not going to be celebrity gossip blogs though. Just average stuff. I won't make near the money that X17 does, but it might be fun & I still enjoy writing.

Good info for starting up your own blog can be found on Entrepreneur's web site. It doesn't have everything, but it's a good start.

Cisco Systems will be handling my broadband & routing requirements & I have a designer working on the architectural platform.

Yea, we all got our flu shots, but he still managed to get it. At least it hasn't been horrible. The whole house could have it and that would be miserable.

My mother came last year for his first birthday and the day she showed up he came down with flu. By the end of the day, I didn't feel good. 1:40, I agree with you ONLY on the condition that the mother is a good mother and not an endangerment to her kids. Just because a mother has given birth to children, this doesn't mean they should be automatically together.

I don't agree that a bad mother is necessarily better than no mother at all. I also feel that many people want Britney and her kids together, because that is what Britney wants, instead of looking at making sure the kids are cared for properly and looking after their best interests and protecting their rights as innocent children.

I know there are a lot of bad mothers out there -- probably even worse than Britney -- that still have their kids, but that shouldn't be the basis of a decision on custody in Britney's instance.

Update 2: Like Haydee said below, it is wonderful news that Britney will be seeing her kids soon. I just spoke with a source close to the family who confirmed to me that it was indeed Jaime that was the driving force behind the deal that will allow Britney and her kids to spend time together. Jaime has been diligently working over the last 3-4 weeks, negotiating directly with Kevin, to come to an agreement that will allow Britney to see her children. The reports from other blogs that had Jaime visiting his grandchildren behind Britney’s back were of course all wrong, when in fact, Jaime’s reason for visiting was to negotiate the deal with Kevin. The deal was hashed out outside of the courts but still must be approved by the judge but it’s Jaime belief that the path to Britney’s healthy recovery includes being allowed to be a mother to her children again. Of course, this makes sense and it’s great to know that Kevin also agrees enough to allow the visitations to happen. When the visitations happen, we’ll let you know!

First - In the initial NOTICE TO REMOVE, Mr. Eardley was NOT asking for any fees, costs, or expenses in his Notice.
Mr. Jamie Spears had filed for him a MOTION asking for money. So now the Federal Court must have a hearing on this "Civil Matter". So this is NOW a Federal Issue. Osama Bin Lufti is gone.
Since Mr. Eardley has filed on behalf of Ms. Spears in a HIGHER Court, Mr. Spears cannot prevent Britney from speaking with her representation in the higher Court. This denial could give Mr. Eardley the right to file a Motion for Enforcement.

Brit Brit will be allowed to see her lil' moppets really soon. The Commish has agreed to give her some visitation rights in a therapeutic setting. KFed agreed to the new plan and The Commish has signed off on it. The deal calls for Daddy Spears and a shrink to be in the room with Brit Brit and her two boys. TMZ reports that the reason for the new deal is that KFed's side is impressed with Daddy Spears ability to keep Brit in check aka drugged up. I'm joking. She's better. Well, I don't know if she's better, but she's staying inside more. I sort of miss her nightly ritual of Slim Jim hunting. We'll always have memories.
KFed's attorney said visitation will begin really soon, but wouldn't say when. He also added, "We're pleased that ... the process of reinstating the children's mother as a participant in their lives can commence."

i read the piece of paper Lynne filed saying Sam had fed Britney the anti bipolar meds and the anti constipation meds that one needs when the first has side effects that bind one up. It appears to have been the meds the psychs prescribed she take, and in order to avoid being commited her only chance was to try to take the tabs the psych advised. She and Sam did not really want her to take them, but it was a last ditch attempt to follow the courts and her families idea she take her treatment. Now it appears those meds did not suit her well at all.

(CBS) A judge put the brakes on Britney Spears' driving-without-a-license case Wednesday after hearing her attorneys don't believe the troubled pop star is capable of resolving the matter.

Superior Court Judge T.K. Herman continued the misdemeanor case until March 20 after hearing from Spears' lawyer J. Michael Flanagan that her conservatorship attorneys "do not think she is qualified or capable of entering into a binding agreement" at this time. The attorneys also don't believe Spears is capable of giving a deposition or signed declaration, Flanagan said.

i read the statement from the police department that they are NOT investigating Sam for anything.
i think those rumours got started by jealous paps sites. There were some paps from one site who got charged with dangerous driving by the police after one of them was said to nearly drive britney and sams car off the road. later that site was not happy Sam reported them to the police and that they got charged.

to anon, your theory that it was sam who wanted her commited and not her parents, does not seem to gell with the idea that Britney tried to be in contact with sam both times she got commited, nor does it fit with the idea that she would probably still like to see him now, or they would not have issued the restraining orders to keep him away.

you are right cool aid, i should break up the posts, but then i wonder if i might have too many posts. Then it occured to me that when i read the same tired reruns and comments about Britney maybe they are all from just one author or so who breaks up their posts, so many seem like repeats. Some are noticably original, just a few really i guess.
To M, you think it was so bad Britney was seen crying outside her home, well this girl had a professional smile where she never showed much of her real feelings for years.
When her marriage stopped working and then she left that marriage while suffereing from the hurt of a marriage break up, and the death by cancer of her mums sister that month then her kids got taken off her that smile started to crack.
i think her crying in public over something as full on as her parents going to publically commit her and her parents thus sending a message to the judge they believe she is capable of nothing.

even if you believe that in her grief she was hurting too much for access rights to be given, do not be down on her for expressing legitimate grief for a real reason. She was not crying over a broken nail, she was crying because she knew if her parents tried to commit her, that her access rights would have even less hope.

anyone who has been a mother who loves their children would understand her grief and hurt. maybe in hollywood california it is only normal to smile and be fake no matter what happens.

One thing that would have really hurt me in that type of situatoin is to know that the lawyer kaplan would say that the woman has no right to see the babies, while happily taking the money she earned from doing the fashion store promotions, pap photos,and dancing music videos she did. on one hand he says she is not a fit mother for being an entertainer, on the other hand he expects her to pay the last half million check for his last 3 months work.
imagine the hurt if you were a woman who had to pay not just your husbands lawyer, his maintenance, the kids maintenance and all your security you need to deal with the way the court and lawywers leak the whole story, and then be told you are not managing your money.

to those who think she did not fight hard enough in the courts, she is very smart, she could tell the forces were very against her when the lawyers organized she needed to take the drug tests, and not kfed, who is a self proclaimed druggie. Neither did her mother or father need drug tests despite their history of pills and with her father alcoholic problems.

As far as rumours she had a drink at 14 or something, i do not know anyone who did not start earlier, apart from people on some heavy duty meds who are never allowed to drink. My step father gave me a drink at the age of 7. i do not drink as an adult, i turned out fine, only addiction is long posts.

Most of us have a few skeletons in teh closet, and do not have to have them broadcast to everyone. it is no fun that custody case cos anything Britney is forced to say will be able to be leaked to the world.
suppose hypothetically they force her to say what broke her heart to begin with, and she had to say who Kfed slept with knowing the whole world would find out, those kinds of things are very hurtful adn nobody should need to endure that kind of hurt.

Why should not her own children be used as part of her recovery? They are her children and she is their mother. I can think of many times in my own life where my own children gave me strength and comfort when I was going through a particularly bad time, especially with their father. I didn't feel that I was using them. It's what we do for each other in this life. And many times I gave them strength and comfort, and still do. We are family. My own children have felt strengthened and rewarded from being able to provide comfort when they could. It has helped them develop as empathic human beings, just as my mothering them has helped me grow. Almost all family dynamics are like this.

This whole Britney saga is such a mess. I feel so sorry for her. I know some of you don't and seem to get off on castigating her for everything. Shame on you for being so shallow and lacking in human understanding.

Breaking News: Brit's Boys Pay a Visit!

Less than 24 hours after it was discovered that a deal had been hammered out between the lawyers in the Britney Spears vs. Kevin Federline custody case that would allow the pop star supervised visits with her children, the little Federline lads came to pay mom a visit at her L.A. home.

Around 9am PT on Saturday, a Dodge truck carrying Sean Preston, 2, and one-year-old Jayden James entered Britney's gated community, The Summit. According to sources, the visit is scheduled to end at noon PT.

Also inside the house are Brit's father Jamie, a pyschologist, one of Kevin's bodyguard, the court-ordered monitor, and a lawyer.

This is the first time the boys have seen their mother since the Jan. 3 standoff with authorities that landed Britney in the hospital for several nights. Until today, she had only been allowed to speak with her children during short phone conversations.
