The state has not been able to meet the burden of proof. There is clearly doubt. NOT GUILTY!

I doubt this jury want to be involved in a case that will surely be appealed if they come back with a guilty verdict and the appellate court will most certainly throw the case out because there are many grounds for appeal here. If that judge did in fact tell the jury to go back and deliberate and to role play that is just grounds to have the case thrown out. It is legal in California to have a domicile there while having residency in another state if you are there to work. They do not want to set a precedent and find her guilty as there are many millions of dollars that are paid to help politicians get elected in California and many more that are donated to schools and parks and the state of California does not want the actors and singers to register in their home states and only come to California to work and have their residency somewhere else. At the end of the day this trial could cost the state of California a lot of money. This would mean that every actor, singer, athlete, wealthy people who have domiciles in New York, Connecticut and other states,etc. who owns property in California must register with the state if they want to live there part time but still maintain properties in other states and have their drivers license from another state thereby making them a registered voter of said state. They will not only screw Britney over but they will wreak havoc on all kinds of big money people and many will move away and take their money which is revenue for California with them. This judge knows that and he is taking no chances. If the jury finds her guilty the appellate court won't. Simple to see what is happening here. But likely there is some on the jury that are that smart. Better for the rich to spend their $$$$$$ in California than somewhere else.
