Britney is a child in a grown woman's life. She does not have the capacity to raise two healthy and productive little boys while maintaining a career and normalcy. She is out of control and all that will save her is some tough love. That judge should have taken her kids away on a temporary basis until she gets her shit together. If she keeps getting her way, getting tons of publicity and doing what ever she wants with out consequence then why would she change? What would really help her is if all those clubs she hops around to stopped letting her in. If she really does take a weekly drug test and alcohol test and fails and something comes of it. Empty threats by judges aren't going to work, someone has to hold her accountable. Clearly all her professional associations keep dropping her and no one in her life truly cares for her.

The judge should have taken the boys. They could be dead by next court hearing. Gloria Allred was right, the judge was much too lenient. She is not going to listen to anyone until she really has to pay a price. Maybe not even then, because I don't think she cares about anyone but herself.
