If you google images of children with FAS (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome) you will see some comparisons. Legally, that is only ONE form of PARTIALLY abandoning a child. If you are not paying child support, yet still VISITING with your child(ren), it is NOT considered abandonment.

However, if you are not paying child support, and not seeing your children, speaking to your children, etc, for a time frame of six months, that is considered abadonment. There also has to be no circumstances that would prevent contact.

Keep in mind, this is the legal definition in MY STATE. I don't know about CA LAW, as I've stated before.

I believe it is pretty much the same scenario in most states. My good friend has a deadbeat ex that at one point owed her over $12k in support. If the child had a syndrome or condition they would require treatment and supervision of a special type, which they do not receive, while with Brit or Kevin. Not one would have left with their tail between their legs. They never stated anything was fact. You can see that most will not even state the sex of "IT", as they called her. I think they all rocked the boat and took their blog back from someone who obviously spreads filth and hate. I read all of the posts and most are filled with laughter.
