Why do you think that democrates, and republicans care about who get the job as a judge, it is because judges who are republican usually tend to rule one way, while democatic judges tend to rule another way. Look at Paris hiltons situation a few months ago, her jugde totally had it out for her, and she got a sentence that reflected that. Nicole Richies who is a repeat offender, including having a criminal record that includes a few drug charges, only gets a 5 day sentence for yet another DUI. These two examples alone show the type of control a judge has over what ruling he/she gives someone who faces them in court.

Judge Mathis, for example, hates dead beat dads, drug addicts, and often insults them, and rarely believes anything they say, even if they are in the right (this is his biased, and it is very obvious, BUT he is a judge, he has that title, so what he says in his courtroom, goes! No matter how unfair it may be. No judge rules on just the evidence, there is always a part of their feelings, and personal biases that goes into their rulings.

All them have biases, and rearly just rule on the evidence alone. They let their personal feelings, and emotions get involved in the cases. Jugde Judy, hates deadbeat dads, and when one enters her court with a small claim matters, she lets her disgust be known, and often times she will consider their nature (being a dead beat father) when ruling on their lawsuit. Judge Mathis, for example, hates dead beat dads, drug addicts, and often insults them, and rarely believes anything they say, even if they are in the right (this is his biased, and it is very obvious, BUT he is a judge, he has that title, so what he says in his courtroom, goes! No matter how unfair it may be. No judge rules on just the evidence, there is always a part of their feelings, and personal biases that goes into their rulings.
