TMZ has confirmed that Britney Spears hopped a private jet and booked it to New York with new paparazzo boytoy Adnan Ghalib.

Spears left Van Nuys Aiport at 4:00 PM PT this afternoon. We're told Brit Brit, Adnan and one other male passenger were on the plane. The plane is about to land at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. Next stop ... unknown.

This girl has given up on her custody battle with Kevin. It's clear she is very sick and if not committed right away she will be walking nude and speaking in different languages and accents. No one in their right mind looses custody of their children and cant visit or touch them keeps smiling, then drives around town, hops in a plane with a pap and flies to NewYork. Even though the visitations are suspended but the orders remain. She still has random drug tests and talking to shrink Dr. Shatz. The 14th is coming up I wonder what defense if any this woman has. I dont know if she's enjoying herself with Adnan before she agrees to check into a mental hosp. before the 14th. Either way it goes Britney is repeating her history fuck around with looser, marry looser, help looser accomplish he's dreams, looser knocks her up, looser starts clubbing and running around town with his buddies, she files for divorce, looser gets spousal support then wants full custody of children resulting in more legal fees and child support. I think her family needs to get a doctor to prescribe bipolar, psychotic medication then drop it in her drinking water which might activate some of the diseased, dead cells in her brain, awakening her to realize her madness.
