Britney's new friend is agent Jason Trawick of William Morris! Thanks to our readers (hey, want a job with X17?), we just realized we already had a shot of the two of them together back in July at Tao in Vegas. Britney was pregnant and still with Kevin, of course, but the two already looked cozy as they posed for our camera ... And now, spending the night together? This could make Jason so famous he might need his own agent -- or publicist at least ... where's Elliot Mintz when you need him?
Speaking of Paris ... another site's reporting she's on her way to Miami but we're with her now as she Christmas shops in LA ...
