TMZ is reporting that KFed's fighting the fight for full custody of SPF and JJ, possibly because of cash money. KFed and Britney Spears currently share 50/5, but last week he filed papers asking for 70/30.

It's puzzling that Kevin is suddenly alarmed, given that he's had absolutely no contact with Spears for almost three months. In fact, we're told she's begging him to communicate because of parenting issues but he won't play ball.

That brings us to the paperwork Federline filed. FOR THE LAST TIME. Psychological testing is NOT unilateral in custody cases. Britney's camp would have to PROVE CAUSE for the testing of Kevin; otherwise, Kevin's lawyer's could ask the judge to dismiss the request for lack of CAUSE.

yes Britney will probably be requested to have a psychological evaluation done at but that alone will not win or loose her case the judge could say ok Britney you have a problem and if you dont follow these guidelines then you will loose your kids. On the other hand if she request Kevin be tested for drugs and if he test positive the judge could also say Kevin you must submit to weekly drug test and test clean or you cant see the kids. Psychological issues alone will not determine the outcome of this case. Britney can get help for psychological issues and if she continues with her treatment the judge will probably not take the kids.

Also, any "tabloid crap" would probably not be ruled inadmissible as those sources could be subpoenaed as well.
