First because she did not GIVE anything up..it had already been taken away. Second, her visitation was already recognized. Third, custody is not determined by who is the most financially stable (Kimora vs Russell??). Fourth, she NEVER had majority anything! In the beginning custody was an equal 50/50 split. The only thing she bought her way out of was the embarrassment of a trial which would have shredded her to pieces.
