K-Daddy's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, served papers on TMZ late yesterday, asking for the video we shot of Brit the same day she was a no show for her deposition. That same night, we shot Brit at two gas stations and at the Four Seasons Hotel.

We're told Brit's reason for not showing for the depo was that she was sick with anxiety. Ding dang, her recovery was a miracle!

We believe Kaplan will ask the judge to deny Britney the right to change the custody order, until she sits for her depo. I wish I could be her assistant for a few months. I would lock her indoors, get rid of the enablers, hanger-on's and negative's from her life. K-Daddy's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, served papers on TMZ late yesterday, asking for the video we shot of Brit the same day she was a no show for her deposition. That same night, we shot Brit at two gas stations and at the Four Seasons Hotel.

We're told Brit's reason for not showing for the depo was that she was sick with anxiety. Ding dang, her recovery was a miracle!

We believe Kaplan will ask the judge to deny Britney the right to change the custody order until she sits for her depo. We're told he will ask that all of Brit's requests (including a change in custody and the right to drive her kids again) should not be heard in January as scheduled. Kaplan wants everything delayed until April.

Frankly the video Piece of Me is just a redux of the VMA performance. Same dead eyes and slow moves. If you look at the unedited photos, she looks pregnant. Her gut is wide and she clearly has a pouch. No abs at all. It's amazing what those programs can hide. When Janet Jackson's new single 'Feedback' comes out you will see abs and they won't be touched up. The song is fantastic and she looks HOT! 7:59AM, No,the Kaplan's subpoena to the Four Seasons Hotel did not caused the hype of britney's partal unwelcome over at Four Seasons Hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel just lost a few big clients's contracts(accounts)with the hotel over Britney's "craze visiting" situation at the hotel a few weeks before and slowly realized the hotel need to save a face away from the situation with Britney, if they don't do it,the hotel would lose more clients that they have the business with over years- according to the Wall Stock News two weeks ago.

I was checking billboard.com and it's saying that Brit's album hasn't even sold a million copies yet. This is very low by her own standards. So even America is tell her that she needs to drop from the media for a while to get her life back together. Her new video was so funny. Half the time you could tell that the body in that video wasn't even hers! I wish she would just be a mom and retire from the music for a while until she gets her life back straight. I'm not a fan or a hater, but I do believe this girl needs to work some things out for herself.

I thought about this as well. He went with Britney at the highest point in her career. When she owned the world or at least had it in her pocket. She was seemingly independant and confident, walking the RED carpets and looking stylishly well groomed. Anyway, thats the sought of woman he is attracted to. someone who can handle their fame and celebrity. Someone who rocks it and wears it well. If he were with Britney now and they were going through this together , he would tell her to lay low. If she had to be photographed for contractual purposes, do it on the red carpet, not at starbucks and gas stations.
Most these stars have an entourage of hairdressers, make- up artist, stylist, trainers , assistants , body gaurds and PR people around them 24/7. Britney could have a trailor outside her home to house an entourage to make her look great. I know she has weird trust issues according to reports. But she has to get over it and let people in , even slowly to improve on herself. Running the show herself is so bad , when your doing a really bad JOB of it. Kevin will evenually replace her, all the work she hasn't done on improving not only her parenting but, her image will slap her in the face. when he replaces her with a more together woman. A celebrity or not. As long as the woman is good with children, she would replace Britney as a mother. The boys will warm easily to someone who shows them attention, affection and interest. There will be many things Britney will regret in these years to come. She only has a very small window, where she can comeback and do damage control and the time is slipping away for her very quickly.
