A couple of days ago she raised over $100,000 in just one night for the Nevada Cancer Institute (breast cancer).

Part of the money she makes from her new cologne "Can-Can" goes to the Los Angeles Children's Hospital to build an addition.

And she recently also helped St.Jude's Hospital.

Such good deeds by celebrities should all be commended instead of criticized.

The bashers are usually people who do nothing themselves.

You could take your own advice on that one. This is a celebrity gossip site, not Catholic Charities.

It's wonderful that you mentioned that Britney donated ONE CD to be auctioned off, while Zac looks so cute, wearing an OmniPeace t-shirt (how much did that raise?), but why does anybody give a crap about these no-talent, braindead kids who do so little to help others while simultaneously raking in millions of other people's hard-earned dollars. If you really want to highlight celbs charitable contributions, why don't you mention all that Patricia Arquette has done for charity? I know for a fact that she has singlehandedly raised several thousand dollars for several charities this year alone, including Clothes Off Our Back and the Starlight Foundation. And that's not including all the appearances that she has made this year at charity events. But she does it without the paparazzi stalking her, which tells me she really means it, and isn't just using it as a photo opportunity like so many of the celebs who get their face plastered front and center of every magazine and blog for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. But have any of you so-called celebrity blogs even mentioned that? NO. You're so obsessed with those famewhores that you don't see something that is really worth writing about; a beautiful, talented actress who does so much to give back to others, and gets no recognition for it, nor does she ask for it. But she still deserves it. And just FYI, she is planning to help Habitat for Humanity build homes in LA soon. I do not believe it is charitable or generous to sign and cd or wear a tee shirt. To be generous or truly charitable it to give from what is yours to help someone in need. Sandra Bullock gave 5 million dollars of her money to various disaster relief funds. She frequently gives money in large amounts. George Clooney and Nicolas Cage gave a million dollars each for hurricane Katrina work. John Grisham gave 5 million. Angelina Jolie gives a third of her income to help others. That is giving and being charitable-not wearing a tee shirt or signing a cd. I hate how this site tries to make britney look good, generous and humble when she is anything but.
