It's not messy. Commissioner Goetz is dotting every "i" and crossing every "T" so that any action by the court(s) is bullet proof for a possible appeal. In the meantime, the restraining order is still good.
The Federal Court's Order to Show Cause is based on an assertion by the Federal Court that Eardly didn't prove that the claim arises out of a federal action. The Federal Court hasn't even gotten to the issue of whether or not Eardly can represent Britney -- whether Britney has the capacity to hire a lawyer contrary to the conservatorship. Lutfi has no legal standing or authority to file an action on Britney's behalf. So, for now the Federal Court's sole concern is whether or not the subject of the matter arises out of a federal action. Most experts say the Federal case is doomed.

m 6:48, urine test may or may not show it and I'm honestly not sure. But it is almost certain that a test was performed that would show titration levels. When you are given new meds, they often take a baseline test, as well as later tests. I don't believe that this would violate any medical ethics since it a standard medical practice to make sure that the levels are proper. Now releasing that info would violate confidentiality and that would be yet another reason why it would have been quashed from public views. Someone is sure to have this info and is wisely keeping their mouths shut until they are subpoenaed in court.

TMZ has learned the conditions of Britney's visits with her kids.

We broke the story that lawyers for both sides have agreed to visitation in a therapeutic setting. Now we've learned the specifics. The kids can visit with momma, provided Jamie Spears and her psychiatrist are present. There are other strings, but at a minimum Jamie and the shrink are required.

We're told both sides are impressed that Jamie has stabilized Britney and the whirlwind surrounding her crazy life, and that's a core reason why a deal was struck.

Sources say Britney will begin seeing her kids again imminently.

6:56, she may be bipolar, but I would doubt that that is all that she has. As you know, it is very easy to prescribe conflicting or improper meds. And yes, many of those meds would be better served for other illnesses. Agreed on that! and not to be nasty, but I have a pet THEORY that maybe part of the reason she never had underwear or pants on was because she was going on bathroom breaks at a very high rate! The psychiatrist is there to help Britney. The psychiatrist is not going to allow anything harmful to go on because that would be harmful to the psychiatrist's business, ethics, and license to practice, not to mention that this doctor clearly has the respect of the court and all the lawyers involved or he/she would not be involved in the visitation.

It will be a brief visit with the children because the psychiatrist will be on the clock and will have other things to attend to that day.

All will be fine. Her father and the psychiatrist will be able to handle anything that might arise, and without calling in the swat team and ambulance doing so.

I see a double edged sword problem developing here. More than likely for Sam to be in trouble here for stealing money from Britney via using her cards, etc. she would have to be declared incompetent during that time. She did do many irrational things during that time but she did also do some rational things. During this "illness" she was able to continue with her chosen profession and put out two new videos, as crappy as they may have been. I doubt a highly ill person would have been able to do that. Additionally, if she does suffer memory loss as Hollyscoop reported, she would not be able to say conclusively whether or not she allowed or directed Sam to use those cards for his use or her use. Rational people do buy their friends gifts. And, if she was so disabled during this period, doesn't that make it seem all the more difficult to say in the near future that she is so much better that she can take care of her kids, etc. I think the Spears camp needs to be very careful claiming that she is/was extremely ill and disabled. It might come back to bite them.

I had been getting tons of infections without knowing the sources, but the new (and free) version of Spybot search and destroy has alerts which allow you to deny them access as soon as they come up. Then download:

free AVG antivirus,

free Ad-Aware 2007 (against spyware, hackers etc.),

free Spybot Search & Destroy.

They are second to none.

Spybot also includes a blocking and a warning system, and shows if somebody has broken through your firewall, for instance.

I'm an awful person and if had any self control I'd totally ban this site. But I can't stop myself! It's not that X17 produces good work or are even entertaining/accurate - theres lots better out there. I'm always repulsed and bewildered by the Britney spin here! But its horrific and fascinating all at once!
