Courthouse Update - They're Talking Visitation!

If they let her visit there should be someone there to watch. Britney has too many strange people in her life. Adnan is her man. She sees him and he sleeps in her house. Sam and Britney still have a strong friendship even after all that's been said. So I worry about the kids. Screw her! Sam is telling her what to do to get her dad out and off her case. She's listening and saying she
wants her life back. What life? The life she was leading half dressed and drugged up? Forget it. God help the babies.

I think this is great for her. I think it will re-focus her and help put her life back in order. And hey... bi-babe... do you have any children? You sound so stupid on your posts.

Because Kevin has agreed to some supervised visitation if her parents are there and she doesn't drive. He even said if she goes to an inpatient facility he would let the boys visit. He is trying to work with them, so she can see the kids in a safe environment.

Who cares that her parents have to supervise them... the main point here is that she'll be able to see and feel her children. Even though she's unstable right now, I believe the kids need that from her. They are too young to know what is going on, but to see their mother again would be a great thing for them.

The Commish should add a few "visitations" to the list other than the kids: Victoria's Secret for bra and panties set, psychiatrist for daily sessions, fashion consultation to learn how to dress properly around her children and parenting classes to learn how to behave around them and respond to them properly. Anybody have more to add?

I think they had better think about what toll seeing her and then not seeing her has on the kids. She will no doubt implode again and they won't be able to see her. She should be told that if she wants to see her kids GET HELP INPATIENT. They will be brought to see her. Otherwise, she can ride off into the sunset on a camel with Osama and Adnan.

I think it's obvious that Kevin trusts her parents to monitor the situation. The fans have been screaming that Kevin was keeping her from the kids. Now he's trying to do that in a safe way and the fans still bitch that he's after money and fame. Go figure.

What happened to those parenting sessions she was having? I think they must have ended when Kevin took the children away completely, but I don't know since I'm not part of her real life.

One way people learn how to parent is by having children and dealing with them daily. Most people really don't know much about parenting. New parents will tell you that they learn as they go, that each age of childhood brings new experiences and information and skills to the parents themselves.

Britney is being denied these opportunities to develop as a parent when she is not allowed to spend any time with her children.

Parenthood can change and mature people, but you have to have the opportunity to actually experience it first.

Have you ever read your own posts? Go back over some of them and tell me that they are intelligent. I shake my head everytime I read one of them and wonder what goes through your mind when you write them??? First off... you don't know everything that goes on in her life... you know what the media spits out to us... and what sells??? Bad publicity... Have you ever been in the room with her while her children are in her care? You have no right to say that she's a bad mother who wouldn't know what to do with them. I think Brit should see her kids...with all few stipulations..one of them should be if she has ANY contact text, phone or otherwise with Sam no-nuts, Ali no good, her visitation will be taken away. Way off the subjest, but wanted to post this anyway. I saw on E where David Beckham but one of his sons in the back of his sports car--that has no backseat and obviously no seatbelt--E made a comment that it was illegal. My point is I have not seen David Beckhams actions blasted all over the internet like Britney's incident when she did not have Shawn in a car seat. It is the same offense but when Brit does it she is a bad mother. I do not agree with either of their actions my point is if it was BIG NEWS when Brit did not use child restraints in a car and she is labeled as a bad mother from the incident why is the same not true for David Beckham. Is he a bad father for putting his kid in a space behind the seat without child restraints????????

Gez I've been as disgusted an anyone here with her, but seeing her kids with her parents and not driving seems reasonable to me. They can see how it goes and maybe it will help with her reecovery. I'm a mom and I know I would miss my kids. If she goes back to her old ways and hangs around with the bad influences, fine, but I think she deserves at least a chance. I'm sure there will be all kinds of precautions in place if things would get out of hand. It has to happen at some point.

They just don't have a camera there waiting to capture their every mistake and then racing to see who can be the first to post the humiliation to millions on the Internet and television.

Common Sense, that is right. If this were not a divorce case with child support payments on the line, Britney would still be mothering her children 24 hours a day, and no authorities would be involved. This is what happens in acrimonious divorce cases.

TMZ has learned lawyers at today's custody hearing are hashing out a plan so Britney can see her babies again. But there's a snag.

We're told both sides are in agreement -- Britney should get visitation rights in a therapeutic setting. But sources say the lawyers are meeting right now and can't agree on the terms.

We know K-Fed wants Brit to have visitation back. In all probability, a psychiatrist will supervise visitation but, as TMZ has reported, people involved in the conservatorship would like to find a private facility where Brit can receive treatment for her bipolar disorder.

Brit hasn't seen her kids for a month and a half.

Will the attorneys reach an agreement today? Stay tuned ...

Who called to have the camera's in her face 24/7. Brad Pitt was in a regular park in New York, "Riverside Park" anyone goes to that park and he took his kids there. NO ONE went near him. No even looked directly at him. We knew who he is and we all wanted to go to him but we knew he'd kick our ass. Kim Basinger did he same thing, so did Glen Close, and a slew of others. No they don't smile because we take it as to come closer and they don't want that so they just go about their business and we know to stay away. Once you give the paps the right to come near and you smile a lot they take over. They buy her coffee, hold her car door, drove her home and went into her house. She is in with them and you can't play both sides of the fence. This is very dangerous when she's out alone and double dangerous when she's out with the kids. The fact is, those boys have a celebrity for a mother. Her every move is dogged by a crush of reporters. That can be very frightening to young children who weren't protected from the paparazzi by her. Britney Spears is mentally ill, 11:42. I despair of you people even having the initiative to look up mental illness and bipolar disorder on the Internet, right at your fingertips. She displays the classic signs, even from where I am sitting and observing. Brad Pitt does not display these signs (just a philanderer and cheat, but not mentally ill).

Learn something and try to gain some understanding about people. It will help you in the long run in your own life.

I for one haven't called for her to regain custody. I leave that up to the doctors and the court to do what is best for all concerned.

Supervised visitation does seem appropriate right now, to me. I believe the last thing the commissioner told her, before her hospitalization, was that she didn't seem to be on drugs but that she needed to get psychological help before she could regain custody.

She needs to take that seriously and go do it; perhaps she is already in that process. I think that an in-patient program would be best for her, though. It would probably get the job done more expediently and help her gain control of her life more quickly, which I think she would like. However, getting a mentally ill person to understand that they need treatment is very difficult. I know this from personal experience, in a situation which continues in my real life.

You're not understanding the gravity of the issue. Britney is mentally ill & needs help. Not the nanny kind of help, but real psychiatric help.

Brit has had nannies ~ the problem was her qualification requests had nothing to do with childcare!

Jason said she doesn't want FULL custody. She does want visitation she just doesn't want to be a full time mom.

Yes, it is hard to live under a microscope but countless other celebs do it all the time.

Brit Doesn't Get Visitation

The lawyers couldn't agree amongst themselves -- Brit will not get visitation with Sean Preston and Jayden James.

There is no change in the custody order. Also, the Commish made it clear - the issues with the conservatorship being removed to Federal court have no bearing on the custody case.

Also, Trope and Trope is out as Brit's lawyer. Stacy Phillips is now the new lawyer on the case.

It's ironic, we know K-Daddy wants Brit to have visitation and the lawyers came to court today trying to accommodate that, but it didn't happen.

Britney Spears needs to stay in hospital for a year

Michael Sands is currently the spokesman for Sam Lutfi. Sam Lutfi is currently banned from having any contact with Britney.

Michael Sands told Life & Style Magazine: "Britney needs to be in a hospital for a year.

"She needs to see her kids. She needs to be in a nice atmosphere. This is overkill, it made my stomach turn.

I know this sounds trite but Britney please get your nails done. get tips put on. it will make you look professional and put together. get a professional make-over also a professional stylist to teach you how to dress for your body type. at the same time if you are not going into inpatient therapy then you need 2-3x a week professional talk therapy to unravel the mess in your life. stay on your meds. it is lethal for anyone on bipolar to be off their meds. I know my mother is again back in the psy unit because she stopped taking her meds and she is 82 and my dad is 85. he is still stressed out dealing with her.it destoys a childs life--living with a mother who has bipolar unless she is healthy. my mom has refused talk therapy and we have had to deal with all this shit. I am sick of it. I had to buy my parents bipolar for dummies (book( and let them see a movie on it (at the library) Patty Duke talks in the beginning. she has bipolar. wish that patty duke could talk to britney. just me going on and on. I care and want to see a happy end to this story.
