So, to follow up on my previous story about Britney's belated return to LA after her hosting gig at the opening of club LAX in Vegas ... Brit came home Saturday afternoon by private jet with her gal pals, then Sunday afternoon we caught Mr. Magic himself leaving Britney's house when Criss Angel's driver picked him up in the illusionists black Phantom Rolls Royce.

In response to reports that X17 was offered 18 tracks from Britney's new album -- this is true. We've been offered the tracks by three or four different people, all of whom have remained anonymous and have asked for varying amounts of money. No one said the tracks they would give us or the tracks that have already been leaked were possibly from a 2005 demo - to the best of our knowledge, these were new tracks. No one at X17 solicited these tracks; no one listened to them when they were offered; no one has seen a list of the track titles. I wish we knew more -- we will know more when Britney wants us all to know.
