TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of LAPD is on the case, after the conservators filed a complaint alleging Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We're told the investigation is very much active.

Lutfi could not be reached for comment, however, Michael Sands, Lutfi's spokesperson, tells TMZ he is aware of the investigation.

I wear what I wore that day and then later after washing it I change into my new threats at home. But rarely do I not give it a wash and just wear something other people may have tried on. You’re correct average hair growth is 1/2 inch per month. She should have at least 6 inches of natural hair by now. True, she stopped bleaching to blonde awhile ago but she began torturing her hair in new ways. The combination of poor extensions and hair bleach/dye produced a lot of damage, i.e. breakage. If you look at her crown you can see progressively more ragged piece less than 3 inches long (surface damage).

As we all know, she is often photographed with greasy extensions and when she moves they cling together exposing significant bald patches throughout her hair. In addition, her hairline has receded significantly (suggesting Alopecia areata maybe even Alopecia universalis). There are many ways to permanently damage hair follicles among them excessive stress, malnutrition nutrition, excessive drugs use etc.

In case anyone is curious, I have a full head of straight hair that extends beyond my tush. : )
