Britney has done well under the c-ship. She is living a healthy lifestyle. Her personal issues whether they be financial or who she may be dating if anyone are now done discreetly, she rests, works and plays with her children and in time she will regain 50/50 custody. As far as a tour that is later on and nothing to worry about now. A lot can happen in a few months time. She is still healing from a very hard year. Things happen in God's time. I am so thankful that this is how things are going to be. She has paid enough weasels over the last couple of years and I believe with her father managing things she has a much better chance of continuing to work together with Kevin for what is in the best interest of her children, work on herself and do her joab as she can. Permanent Conservatorship
Jamie Spears was required to meet the burden of proof in court showing his daughter is still incapacitated before the judge granted the permanent conservatorship. Now that the permanent conservatorship has been granted, the burden of proof has shifted to his daughter. If Britney wants the permanent conservatorship dissolved, she must meet the burden of proof in court showing she is capable of managing her own affairs. If her father AGREES with her decision, it is a relatively simple process. If her father DISAGREES, there will be a conservatorship trial. Father and daughter will be required to testify and present financial and medical experts to testify on their behalf in court.

Increased Visitation vs. Custody (which currently does not exist)
The custody case has ended. Kevin has sole legal and physical custody. Britney has visitation rights outlined in the custody settlement. The permanent conservatorship WILL help Britney receive an additional “monitored overnight visit” (as stipulated in the custody settlement). The permanent conservatorship WILL NOT help her “regain joint custody” because Britney has been declared incapacitated and unable to care for herself under California law. A custody judge will NOT award joint custody to an incapacitated parent.

If and/or when the permanent conservatorship is dissolved, Britney can attempt to negotiate a new out of court custody settlement with her ex-husband or she can file a NEW petition for custody with the court and participate in a custody trial.
