It's no secret that Sam Lutfi is a shady guy, but now we have proof. Maxim magazine started to do an expose on the paparazzi that follow Britney Spears around on a daily basis, and they ended up getting a whole lot of dirt on her alleged 'friend' Lutfi.

Maxim journalist Michael Joseph Gross explains:

"The media frenzy (surrounding Spears) was significantly aided and abetted and intensified after Sam Lutfi came on the scene. Lutfi probably has deals set with the agency where he makes a percentage off all Britney Spears photos. Recent reports suggested that paps makes anywhere from $500-$100,000 off each photo, depending on what she's doing. In 2007 , x17 made almost $3 million dollars just from Spears photos alone, so you can only imagine how much money Lutfi has been making on the side, especially when he gave her pills and she went crazy out on the town. I nicknamed him Tabby because he is an Ocicat hybrid so he looks just like a beautiful chocolate tabby. I breed Ocicats (maybe twice a year) and I have never had a problem with one. He was sold and went to his new home but after 2 weeks (I don't think they were monitoring his food intake) he lost weight so I took him back out of concern.
It's been a battle but since I raise them I am way attached to my little babies. I literally fall apart when an animal is sick. Of course they always go down hill when the vet is closed. He was doing pretty well but had the runs and he ended up in shock last night because he had no gluclose in his system. Sad because he is down to 1 pound at 3 months. :( I have high hopes. They saved my oldest cat last year when she somehow liked frontline off herself and got poisoned. She wasn't supossed to live but they are amazing at this place.
So, after my long kitten rant lol, he was able to eat and walk as of 3pm which was a miracle afer basically being a breathing coma kitten.

There is alot of info out there now that dry cat food is bad for cats and causes alot of ailments for them..alot of them have fillers to make them taste good but their nutritional value amounts to basically feeding them junk food...not sure if your cat is a meat eater but a meat based food with less additives can make a great change in the cats health. I can relate HBL! I wish I had acres to adopt so many pets that require a good home. When u read the labels of some of the so called great dry food brands they are filled with corn, veg additives, etc and it is harmful. Cats being carnivores, they should be on a meat based food. When a cat stops eating and has insatiable thrist for water it is a definite sign that they need vet care asap as it can shut down their kidneys. It takes time to switch them over from dry food to meat based food but it is so worth it, you can mix 80% meat with dry food to get them on the process and then phase out the dry food altogether once they get used to the meat.

Here's what gets me. Less than 48 hours before Britney was released, she was considered Gravely Disabled & unable to comprehend her situation to the degree that the courts would not permit her to select her own attorney.

And then we have this.... what? Miraculous recovery? That's bullshit. At today's hearing, she was Still not permitted to retain her own attorney.

Yet, she can drive a vehicle capable of speeds in excess of 100 mph & so far as we know she still has the Baretta in her house.

I checked the California Welfare & Institutions Code online. The Baretta is supposed to be a goner. No firearms ever again. What do you want to bet she still has it?

But the driving while Gravely Disabled thing is what really gets me. Is she suddenly & miraculously Not gravely disabled - or do you have a troubled individual driving around? I'M CONFUSED!

The problem is that it was an attorney that made the decision that she was to be released. The doctors stated that she was no longer a 'danger to herself or others', but they didn't state that she wasn't still 'gravely disabled'. The attorney made the decision based upon the 'danger to self or others'.

I am sure that her parents have secured any firearms that are in her home. Hell, they towed most of her vehicles.

I don't think we will ever know what is going on inside that family.

As a person with severe mental issues, I cannot help but wonder WHY she is allowed to drive? Hasn't her driver's license been suspended as part of the conservatorship? Hopefully, at some point in the next few minutes please, Britney will grow a brain and WORK with her parents to gain some control of an adult life back. She actually needs her father to take over for a while and work with her business manager to figure out where all the money is going or has gone. She should be grateful that her parents are trying to do the right thing by her before her emotional state of mind drives her into even more rash behavior.

Britney needs professional help to guide her in getting finished developmentally. She did not have a normal childhood nor teenagehood therefore adulthood is causing her all sorts of pain along with any mental issues she is currently in the throes of. My understanding is that she stopped school in the th grade. Did she take the GED? Of course, she does not need a high school diploma by any stretch of the imagination but it is the personal issue I am talking about. Unfinished business. And, I have a feeling there is a lot of unfinished business in her life. She has got to reach stability.

Kevin continues to do the right thing. Regardless of any negative press he might receive during all this, he did marry Britney and their children were born into a marriage. He would be horribly remiss should he have allowed their boys to continue to live or be under the care of their mother in the chaos her life had become....DAILY....night and day. The press would have nailed him had he not taken the right and responsible steps to put a stop to the madness two little babies were living in. It would have been nothing less than abuse and inhumanity on his part. But what does he get? Constant negative remarks for doing the ONLY thing he could do and Britney and her erratic behavior left him with absolutely no choice! I do not understand the press or these websites at all. He should be receiving praise for sheltering his boys and essentially keeping his mouth shut! Afterall, he lived with Britney and as has been reported, when she changed her mind on the divorce decree, he said an emphatic "NO" so Kevin knows something we do not about living with Britney. (And, so did Justin Timberlake who walked out the door and never looked back!)

Britney Spears' father has warned his daughter that she is going to die after she refuses further psychiatric help.
Spears was allowed out of UCLA Medical Center 11 days early on Wednesday after a court found no "just cause" to keep her in.
