It doesn't matter that she showed up to her deposition after a million tries, she's not getting those kids back. The things that she's one in the last couple of weeks haven't been forgotten. Britney's grown up in the public eye. She practically had no childhood, no youth. While you people were doing the ordinary things that kids do, that teens do, she was working, touring the world, receiving a whole lot of praise, recognition, adoration, and money.

From what I've been able to see, she, like many people in her situation, began to want nothing more than to live what she saw as a normal life. Get married, have babies, keep house for the family. After her mother had her first marriage annulled to her childhood friend, she jumped into the Kevin problem. Who knows what conversations went on behind closed doors with Britney and mother then.

All was going well until Kevin started fooling around, having sex with other women, drinking, bringing the drugs and dealers home to the babies' house. She wasn't going to have that, and I don't blame her.

Britney isn't a career. She's a real live person, being watched from childhood to adulthood, through happiness and tragedy. She has never been a static human being. None of us are. She's been growing and changing, living her life. By the time she gets it all worked out, she'll probably be better off than most of you.
