The LAPD has informed Spears that if she does not provide a statement about the case involving the sheriff's deputy, she could face misdemeanor charges for a vehicle code violation. The deputy's foot was run over as Spears left L.A. Superior Court, after a custody hearing involving her two children.

The Papz told Brit he was fine (1st one) because she did ask if he was alright & apologized over & over, he said he was fine & it was not her fault. Take a look @ the video on TMZ with the recent foot run over, she did not just drive off, she stopped & waited. Even though the guiy deserved it. There were like 30 guys by her car, some on the hood of the car. They would not let her leave, they blocked her way. Some other paps were telling this guy to get away & his repsonse? He told them to F* off (watch it). What was she suppose to have done? They blocked her way, she was cornered like a preying animal. She probably would have been stuck there for hrs because these guys wnated a pic (same pic over & over we have seen so many times). Disgusting. JMO.

She was TOLD by the Deputy to go, everything was alright. She even helped Brit get away from the crazy pappz. Like I said, Brit did not leave the scene. I'm not here to cause any problems, just stating my opinion. Then the LAPD needs to check out the videos because she did NOT leave the scene each time, the video is proof. Just another thing against Brit when she was NOT even @ fault. Instead of charging the pappz for causing dangerous situations for her, other pedestrians, & the pappz themselves, they go after Brit. Please keep in mind that until about a year ago, Spears Was living in relative obscurity after having her 2 babies. It was Spears who decided to make "a comeback" & it's been Spears who has done everything humanly possible to attract attention to herself.

The Chicago Sun Times did an expose on her tactics & got interviews with hotel & club owners who admitted that Spears or her people called in advance To Make Sure the paparazzi were there. The story is still available online for anyone who's interested.

It's incredibly difficult to feel sorry for someone who brings all this upon themselves. And by the way, I've yet to hear HER complain!

So, by the way of some people's thinking...if I was driving along and there was say...a picket going on in the street, I could legally run people over and go? I mean, they were blocking me in and I wanted to go. So...I could run them over?

The paps are a problem but one manufactured by Britney herself. She can't have them following her only on "good days". As a driver, if I was blocked in, I would call 911 and ask for assistance if I could not get away from the melee.

I don't approve of using the cops as pap scatterers but if they won't move, that is all that can be done. That or run someone over. I guess Brit decided to do the latter.

In the case of the cop she nailed, she SPED off like mad when she got out of there, nearly hitting a bus or truck. I did see the videos. She needs a driver. It's simple, easy, and she has plenty of money for one. What is her THING with driving aimlessly and recklessly everywhere?

I watched the video, and I do not think it's right to run over someone's foot and not take responsibility. If you look at the video you can see the car jump. She HAD to know she had hit someone. I don't care who was yelling at her to go. If that happens, you call the police, make out a report and let them know you want to do the responsible thing, if only for your own conscience. This has happened three times now. Once, you might let slide, but not three! She clearly has no respect for the law and thinks she is above the average person. There is NO excuse for it. Back to the Justin comments. He's done pretty well for himself since their breakup. Scarlett, Jessica, etc. He's not in meltdown mode in front of the paps everyday. It seems Britney's gone to hell since their breakup. Everyone says Kevin did this to her but she was well on the way to lunacy when they started dating, but she did still have her looks. I'll bet now she wishes she HAD stayed with Justin and married him and lived happily every after. She will NEVER have an opportunity like that again. She's obviously got psych problems of some sort and needs meds but the court should have been made aware of these. If she IS on Adderall of some sort of ADD meds, they would have already shown up on drug testing. She uses an Albuterol inhaler, not for asthma, but for the rush and its appetite-diminishing effects. If overused, it make you feel wired but its NOT an amphetamine. It makes you thirsty, maybe for frappuccinos??? If she's taking Provigil for narcolepsy like she alleges, she shouldn't be driving with a diagnosis of narcolepsy to begin with. People say "poor Brit, the paps are all around her and follow her everywhere and won't leave her alone," but its at HER invitation. She WANTS the attention/press. I can't feel sorry her when she wants them there. She knows what will happen and bought a new faster car to run over even more of them and race away. I think she's staying at hotels because her house has already been declared "chaotic" by the court monitor and its probably a mess. It's also easier to have her drug deliveries and "sleepovers" there than at her home where the paps will see them coming and going. Someone else cleans up after her every day. Finally, for everyong who thinks Kevin is after her money, consider this. She has income of, what, $700K a month and only gives Kevin and the kids $20K a month. Hell, she spends ten times that much in "entertainment." Its a drop in the bucket to her. If the roles were reversed and it was the ex-husband with the money and the ex-wife with the kids, you'd all be telling her to take him for everything she could get. He tried a for long time to get her to cut back on the hard drugs and stuff, especially when she was pregnant. But NO, she wouldn't listen to him. She's lucky the boys turned out OK (I think the older one looks like Kevin and the little one looks more like her). As far as I've heard, he mainly drank Jack and coke and smoked pot. Not nearly as bad as the meth and coke she's supposed to have used. He never showed his crotch to the world or acted out in front of the world. She ran around on him as much or more as he did on her. She had a habit of going after her backup dancers (remember the married Christopher Short?). She pursued Kevin even though he was in a relationship. Maybe he wasn't actually married but it was just as bad. She didn't care about anyone but what SHE wanted. She even proposed to him - twice before he accepte. Doesn't sound to me like he was chasing her money as much as she was chasing his pants. He had a career (maybe not the caliber of hers, but he WAS a respected backup dancer) that he gave up to support her career and be with her. Sounds like he cared to me. In turn, she tried to help him with his singing. He wasn't the worst but took all the ridicule in pretty good stride without showing his ass to the world. She played games with him at the end of the marriage, texting him while he was doing an interview that she was divorcing him. She then said she did it so he would get scared and beg her to come back. That's playing some pretty crappy games with someone's head. He knew she was a loony and didn't get back with her. Smart. He did, however, say he would do whatever he could to help her get better, especially after the head-shaving incident, like take care of the kids, hold off on court cases, etc. But no, she still wants to play games. She plays head games with the kids (calling them mistakes to their faces), her friends and family, the paps, and even the court. Now, she has lost her looks, her self-respect, her career, her family at times, her physical health, and apparently her mind. She looks terrible. The more money she spends on herself, the worse she looks. Lipo, lip injections, fake hair and wigs. If she would just get out of LA for a while, maybe go home to Kentwood and lay low, and get around some genuine people for a while, it may do her a world of good. But she doesn't really want to help herself, she's on a one-way ride to the funny farm. Let's just hope she doesn't drive over anyone else on her way there!!!
