No, she's not starring on a new Bravo reality show - during the east coast leg of her Circus tour, the Divine Miss B will be staying at a house in Alpine, New Jersey!

An insider tells Life & Style: "She wanted a home away from home, especially for the boys — something close to Manhattan. They talked about Long Island, but she wanted something closer that could feel like home for Sean and Jayden."

The stay will last a month and get this - Brit won't even have to foot the bill! Jive Records will pay the $30,000. (Just think about how much Brit's tour is bringing in for them...) So good deal!

I can't necessarily picture Brit as a Jersey Girl, but I'm glad she's staying out of the Big Apple for the sake of her kids!

But father knows best, right?

The LA Times reports that all of Britney's legal troubles have been adding up over the past year or so... according to the article, "at least 17 lawyers and firms have had a hand in Spears' personal or business matters in the 14 months" since the conservatorship began.

And how much money in fees? $2.7 million! Dayum!

Wow, it really cost a whole lot to turn this situation around. But it's been for the better - now Brit is on tour (with a hit album) and can see her kids. So it all worked out!

We're hearing from an inside source that our girl Brit's fourth single off her Circus album will be "Radar" - I know, right?

Guess that's why it showed up as a bonus track on the latest CD! ("Radar" had already appeared on Britney's previous album, Blackout.)

After a show in Montreal, Brit headed to an after-party with her crew, where, one fan tells X17online, she was spotted making out with a backup dancer!!! Hey, I guess you stick with what you know, right?

Says the fan:

I went to brits show the other night and totally amazed at how well put it was. So I went to this afterparty at this club called Tribe. Paid 200 bucks to get in and hang in VIP. Brit was in the house. Her and her crew of about ten were in a corner booth. It was really crowded. Brit got up and danced when the DJ played 'Slave 4 U'. When she got ready to sit back down there were no seats so she sat on this cute dancers lap. After a while of whispering back and forth they kissed a little. About 20 min after that they went to the bathroom..TOGETHER...2 big guys stood by the door and wouldnt let abybody in. They all of a sudden 7 or 9 minutes later brit and the guy came out. CRAZY!!!

7 (or 9) minutes in heaven with Brit? Sounds like she just made this guy's year!

The biggest tabloid draw in the world has been on tour for several weeks now, and after the initial reviews came in about the show, there's been virtually no media coverage!

Does no one care about the tour? Or is no news good news? Could the Queen B have been relegated to B-list status? Or maybe she's just too boring now that she's back to work?

Well, wherever she is right now (her tour sched says Montreal), we're sure she's killing it!

Well, the folks at Sugar Factory are giving you a chance! The candy company teamed up with a handful of celebs and launched "Couture Pops" - delicious lollipops with seriously blingin' handles. Kim's is called Silver Rainbow Champagne, while Britney has four named after her: Big Top, Ring of Fire, Baby Pink and Charmed.

So what's it cost to suck on the starlets? Charmed (pictured above) retails for $25.

A judge is set to issue a long-term restraining order that would prohibit Brit's ex, Adnan Ghalib from being anywhere near the pop star.

Brit's dad Jamie is the one who asked the judge for the protection order, according to the Associated Press.

Ghalib was apparently a no-show at a hearing on Wednesday and hasn't filed an objections to the restraining order, which could make it illegal for Adnan to contact Britney for as long as three years.

Jamie Spears believes Adnan, along with Britney's former manager Sam Lutfi, have tried to undermine his role as conservator of Brit's personal and business affairs.

On Monday, Jamie and Lynne Spears filed a motion to strike a large portion of the libel and defamation suit filed by Brit's former manager, Sam Lutfi.

In documents filed in Los Angeles, the Spears' attorneys call Sam's suit "a calculated attempt to exploit the court system" by repeatedly inserting "false, scurrilous narratives" that have "no basis in fact."

Describing the suit as "a fanciful public relations press release," Spears' attorneys want a judge to throw out allegations that are "irrelevant, false or improper."

That Jamie and Lynne tried to control Britney's Life:

"Britney Jean Spears ("Britney") is one of the most recognizable and highest paid celebrities in the world. Ever since she burst onto the scene as a pop superstar, ever aspect of her life and , more importantly, her fortune, has been controlled by her parents, James Parnell Spears (a/k/a Jamie Spears) and Lynne Irene Spears. However in late 2006 and early 2007, when Britney's life was, very publicly, spiraling out of control, Jamie and Lynne failed to offer their fragile daughter the guidance or emotional support she desperately needed. Rather, they saw her very personal and public struggles as an opportunity to gain even more control over Britney and her fortune."

They interfered with her marriages:

In order to ensure that they would not lose the lifestyle to which they had become accustomed, Jamie and Lynne set out to destroy anyone and anything that came between them and Britney; first by pressuring and cajoling Britney into annulling her marriage to long time friend, Jason Alexander; and later by interfering with Britney's marriage to Kevin Federline.

They used Britney's breakdown to their advantage:

Neither Jamie nor Lynne offered Britney any support as she suffered the embarrassment and humiliation of public ridicule. Rather, they saw the rumors and tabloid reports as a means by which they could force their way back into Britney's life and regain control of her fortune under the guise of concern for Britney's well being.

They tried to get rid of Lutfi:

Although Lutfi encouraged Britney to reconcile with her parents, Lutfi represented a significant impediment to Lynne and Jamie's regaining complete control of Britney's life and career.

A hearing is set for April 9th.

Despite reports yesterday that Madonna would return the favor for Brit and join her Circus in NYC next week, Britney, in a statement on her website, says it ain't so.

"Despite rumors otherwise, at the moment Britney has no plans to collaborate with anyone in the near future at any of her upcoming performances."

Awww! What's wrong, is Madonna too good to play second fiddle to anyone?

...but after reviewing our fav shots of Britney Spears and her longtime agent Jason Trawick, we gotta wonder! From the beach in Costa Rica to the streets of Hollywood, we've photographed these two looking pretty chummy over the years, and even though there have been numerous denials about an "inappropriate" relationship, we're still not convinced.

Soo...what do you think? Is Jason joining the circus, or is he simply watching it?

Surprise!

Madonna will be joining Britney Spears on stage at her second NYC concert, according to In Touch Weekly. A source for the mag reveals that the queen and princess of pop will be performing a mashup of "Get Together" and "Trouble" called "Lose Control."

Oh, and NYC might not be the only city to witness the sticky and sweet duet - rumor has it Madonna may join Brit onstage in LA as well! Maybe she made the decision when she went to Brit's first NYC show last week?

We were the first to tell you that there was something going on with Britney Spears and her longtime agent Jason Trawick when we snapped the two Costa Rica last May, and now E! News is reporting that Britney has been "secretly" going on dates with Jason! Ten months ago, the duo looked quite lovey dovey in paradise, so we're not surprised at all!

Additionally, the two attended Christian Audigier's birthday bash last May, and E! reports that Trawick was spotted with Brit and her boys on March 1 in Louisiana, riding around in a golf cart.

So what's going on? While Trawick wouldn't comment on the matter, and one insider tells E! that the two have a "close professional relationship," we STILL think that the two are mixing business and pleasure!

Remember this "professional" evening they spent out together way back in November 2006 at Paris' house?

And then the next day when they were spotted together shopping in Santa Monica, Trawick still in the same clothes he wore the night before???

Holy sticky and sweet womanizer!

The material girl made a surprise appearance at Britney Spears' concert at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island last night, and she made sure her presence was known!

According to Us Weekly, Madonna arrived with manager Guy Oseary and several bodyguards, and she "purposely walked up the main stairs" to get to her VIP suite. According to a source at the concert, she did this with the intention of getting noticed! Seriously though, would we expect anything else from the queen of pop?

Madonna left right before Brit's "Womanizer" encore, but we're guessing she did that to beat the crowds. Right? Or was Madonna utterly unimpressed by Brit's performance?

Britney showed off her abs (and other assets) at the pool in Miami yesterday, and it looks like a comeback tour does a body good! Brit must be so happy that her body is (almost) back to what it used to be!

There were reports that Britney Spears' conservatorship was extended in order to obtain the proper insurance for her Circus tour, so we began to wonder what would happen when the tour ended. Now, a source close to the pop princess tells Radar Online that Brit has made "so much progress" in the past few months, Jamie may not be in control of her life for much longer!

At first, Jamie was worried about the demands of a comeback tour, and a source for Radar said, "He wasn't a big supporter of her going on the road, he didn't want her to take on too much, too soon. [But] Britney was absolutely adamant that she be allowed to go on tour. She assured her family, and management that she was ready to do this, and that she really needed to do this."

Brit's been doing so well that she's even going to be left (somewhat) unsupervised - Radar also reports that Jamie will not accompany his daughter for the entire tour! So who's gonna watch her and monitor her phone calls?

The source says, "This was the plan all along, to slowly get her back to the routine of her life, it (the conservatorship) won't last longer than it needs to. Success will be achieved when this conservatorship ends, and Britney is ready to resume full control of her life."

Is Britney REALLY ready for this? What do you think will happen if Jamie is out of the picture?

So by now you've heard that Britney apparently told all of Tampa last night that her "p*ssy was hanging out!", and although you can't SEE her wardrobe malfunction, it is pretty hysterical to HEAR her say it (at about the :30 mark)!

Silly Britney, cats aren't allowed at the circus!

X17online can report exclusively that Britney returned to Orlando and the boys after performing to a full house in Tampa last night.

After her private jet landed at the Kissimmee airport yesterday afternoon, Brit drove to Tampa (where the show started an hour late), and then she reunited with the boys in Orlando. Brit will continue to enjoy some R & R down south before her next show in New York on the 11th.

The G4 is big, but not that big, so it seems like spending quality time with Kevin is pretty unavoidable! Wonder how Brit's dealing with that?
