I haven't heard a peep about her drug tests lately, but I suppose in this case no news is good news. I won't hold my breath on it though. Also, haven't seen any recent pics of her with the cute kids, so that must mean she's gotten a teeny bit of sense and now has her visits away from the media? You know who I feel ALMOST as bad for if the kids DO get stuck with that aimlessly-driving smokestack for Christmas? The MONITOR. She's already BEGGED to be reassigned and the parenting coach told the judge that the ONE time (out of SIX) that Britney actually LET HER in the house, it was very easy to see that the kids were extremely attached to the monitor...so the commish decided it would be too traumatic on the boys to have the monitor switched.

So instead of being at home with her OWN family, the poor monitor will hang around the house until 2pm or so, waiting for Britney to wake...Britney will leave the kids WITH the monitor while she goes to steal some Christmas presents from the Exxon...and then IF the boys are lucky, Mommy will take them for stale tuna salad sandwiches and wine coolers at the Four Seasons.

If you go against court orders, what do you think is going to happen? If she's healthy enough to party, she's healthy enough to go and give a deposition. Well, maybe she didn't party. A party, according to britney, is stopping at several gas stations at short intervals waiting for X17 to photograph her. I doubt that Kevin's lawyers will pull the kids for Christmas. But you can bet a court monitor will be there and a gas pump WILL NOT be involved.

Someone needs to teach her a lesson - she's not above the law or the courts, the same courts that the rest of us have to obey. Just because you're (temporarily) rich doesn't make you above the law. Well I just got back from Las Vegas, and Kevin is going to be there on News Years Eve, at Treasure Island in the club Tangerine. I heard he is getting 350,000. A nobody getting 350,000, the only reason he is getting paid is because he was once married to Britney Spears. He was a nobody when she met him. Alot of people walking by the posters of the News Years Eve celebration couldn't beleive he was actually going to be there, they were not saying good things. EA seems to know too much about personal details, like medical histories and other things that aren't readily available to the public. Actually, her lawyer at the time and her mother forced her to dump him. She didn't want to end the marriage. They had already agreed to go to marriage counseling so it was a shock when he got the news (She couldn't do it like a woman, she had to hide behind text messaging). When they went to court she asked him if he really wanted to go through with it and he said YES, something she did not expect.

She thought that he would wake up and bow down to her but he was done. She was no prize to be married to but they did love each other.

LOS ANGELES - Running out of patience with Britney Spears, Kevin Federline's attorney on Friday said he plans to seek consequences. He said Friday that he would ask for sanctions against the pop star for calling in sick to her court-ordered deposition.

Spears didn't show up to testify at Kaplan's office Wednesday as scheduled, and Kaplan said later that her lawyers told him she wasn't feeling well. Spears was photographed later that day driving with a friend.

"This can be done with her active participation or without it," said Kaplan, who said he would file papers asking the court to impose sanctions on Spears before Jan. 23, the next scheduled court date.

Judges often impose monetary sanctions, including attorney fees, said Professor Charlotte Goldberg, who teaches family law at Loyola Law School.

"There is always the possibility of (holding Spears in) contempt of court," Goldberg said. "After a certain point, when it's repeated behavior, courts become skeptical about that kind of excuse."

Kaplan said Spears had missed at least three previously scheduled depositions "for various reasons," so he asked the court to order her to appear at his law offices to be deposed on Dec. 12.

Spears and Federline have been wrangling for months over custody of their sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James.

Federline has temporary custody of the children because Spears, who has limited visitation rights, has defied court orders. Attorneys for Spears and Federline, married in October 2004,

Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe told reporters on Thursday, he doesn't believe Britney is in the right shape to serve as a celebrity mentor for the singing hopefuls.

I ALSO wanted to point out (AGAIN) something that I have said before but you have obviously glossed over.

When Kevin gave me "permission" to post here, he had no idea I was going to delve so deeply into several of the issues that I did. As SOON as I sent through the post talking about the cognitive and play therapies and everything, I SEVERELY regretted it and straight away sent two emails- one to X-17 asking them to REMOVE it which I didn't think they would have an issue with since they LOVE to suppress ANYTHING that makes Kevin look remotely good (but they never answered/acknowledge me) and one to Kevin with the contents of my post and a VERY sincere apology.

He did say that he wished I had not done it, but that what's done is done. He asked that I not reveal any ADDITIONAL medical or intensely personal information but that if this was already out there, there was nothing I could do to retract it. He has tried VERY hard to preserve the boys' privacy, especially since Britney routinely violates it so badly. (and yes, in this case, I was NO better than her and it DOES pain me to admit that.)

However, the REASON I did was because of people LIKE you who say outrageous things without ANY proof or backup! Or even contradicting things there IS proof of. Do you REALLY think what you said about Britney not "abusing" drugs is TRUE? She has missed ELEVEN tests and failed three and that is just what *I* know of...yes, she CLAIMED that the tests failed because of amphetamines were due to her "prescription" for Adderall...yet she could not provide a DOCTOR's name, a PHARMACY, a prescription date, or any other relevant information...AND she signed a form stating that if she DID begin ANY prescription or even OTC medications, she would alert the DTC and let them know. Similarly disproving your claim, the DEA could not provide a number for any Adderall prescription for her- and adderall is a CLOSELY controlled Schedule II substance- the only things being MORE controlled are cocaine and other illegal schedule I drugs- and EVERY SINGLE *legal* Adderall Rx in this COUNTRY has a DEA number and physician prescriber's DEA identity number as well.

Do you REALLY think that with her behavior of late, she isn't seriously ABUSING drugs and alcohol? Even if one DID align with your "theory"...why won't Britney follow simple court orders? She and Kevin both have been told NOT to drink or do drugs within TWELVE HOURS of seeing the boys. Yet Britney has NO problem being PHOTOGRAPHED popping Xanax (sp?) and drinking a VAT of alcoholic beverages (at that Scandinavia party she crashed, where she stole all that crap that the poor chagrined designer then decided to "give" her) yet being photographed with the boys only a few hours later? (And let me make this clear- by "with" the boys, I mean Britney was texting away while the MONITOR tended to the boys)

The bottom line is that people trust me here because *EVERYTHING* I have said has actually already been covered in verifiable media documents such as court transcripts or reports- OR has come to pass within days or weeks of my mentioning it. When I said that Britney raged at Kevin on the phone over Thanksgiving and said she would "f***ing die* before attending Kaplan's deposition, plenty of "ANONYMOUS" fans said I was lying about THAT, too. Not so much, NOW...

Kevin is a good dad, period. Britney is a bad mom, period. I HOPE she gets it together before it's too late- a time that is RAPIDLY approaching. Children grow and change SO fast during this intensely cognitive toddler phase...I fear she will blink one day and realize their baby and toddler-hood, the most precious time for a mother to spend with her child, has passed and she missed the boat. Kevin is EVEN looking out for her in THAT regard, though...amassing hundreds of hours of video footage of the boys just playing with each other and their siblings, eating in high chairs, and laughing at "me-mo" (what Sean P calls that "Nemo" fish which he loves) among other things...he doesn't need to document so much of this for HIMSELF- he's THERE every day WITH them. He's doing it because, as much as Britney is screwing him and the kids over by acting the way she's acting, he still loves her because she provided him with these beautiful boys who inspired him to, as he put it, get his sh!t together and "start paying attention" to the little adventures that fatherhood provides. He is doing it FOR Britney because he knows that SOME DAY she will finally hit bottom (sooner than later, in my opinion) and will likely be DEVASTATED at everything she missed.

You can say what you want about what he USED to be like...in February of this year he received a wake-up call and has been grateful ever since. I only WISH I could say the same about Britney.

That video is so fake. There were times when they took her head and CGI'd some other girls body. Especially during the 'dancing' scene in the bathroom. When she stands still it is not as noticeable. As soon as she moves you can see it. Very hard to make it all perfect. People still trying. She won't be getting an oscar or emmy.
It looks like they were trying to make Britney do stuff in the video but like it just didn't register with her and they were forced to make it look acceptable by other girls dancing around. All's you have to do is: Highlight the last word of the text you can see, and then drag the mouse down to the bottom of the screen (especially if it is a looooong post lol), then you have to copy it using the tool bar at the top of the screen, just click edit and copy up there and it will let you. It won't let you do it just with the mouse functions. Then you can put the cursor in the text box and use the tool bar to paste. VOILA! It works instantaneously and shouldn't depend on your browser speed. And don't worry, you seldom have any typo's, I read most of your posts b/c they're AWESOME!!

I think sometimes true love means letting go, and if Britney honestly loved her boys she'd know that if she can't bring herself to be the mother they need, then she should just let them live with their father without all this fighting. Sometimes that's the best thing a parent can do. My son's father made that choice, he's a crystal meth addict. I refused to live with him once I became pregnant and it was clear he wasn't going to stop, and since then he has given me full custody with no visitation rights. He doesn't fight me on it, he knows it is what is best. His son is safe and happy. He gets to see his son sometimes, but there isn't this whole court battle trauma happening in our lives at all. It's just better when the parents are honest about the situation. Britney should step up and admit she is incapable of being a mother, and relinquish all rights until the time when she (if ever) can be that person. That would be a real mothers love. Giving them the chance to be stable, secure, and happy.

I do not follow any anymore . I went through many :hindu , catchlic , mormons , buddism, some other sects, yoga. I didnt find there what I was looking for. Through practicing first kriya yoga (very intern) I got isight to other dimensions(not astral). That what I found there took me away from belifs , religions etc. I found there what soul , light .I fond out what ETs , spirits , magic , aliens is all about and what are they after.Now I know.
Now I know what humanity was to be like and how it has becomed now. Try to share my experience with blinded by purpose other people. It does concern Britney so much.

How alone does one person have to become, before they take a look around at their life and start to reflect deeply on how their own actions have affected their life situations. She is so sad and empty friends with the Paps is apart of her sickness. If nothing else to lay low more often, in her own home, would help heal this addiction she has with being photographed constantly, being on these websites and in those mags with bad press is so negative. Its bad for her custody case and bad for her career / celebrity status . How we ordinary people can see that and she can't is beyond me. I guess when you are in the THICK of any addiction and unhealthy behavoir you can not see or refuse to see the BAD you are doing to yourself.

Yeah, Britney has proven beyond a doubt that "no press is bad press" is a false statement. I mean, if no one had heard of her before, her antics could have given her some recognition. But as it is, they have only served to destroy her public image and shred the fan base she used to have. She can get something back, but that would take a lot of work at this point, and she doesn't seem willing to admit that anything is wrong. What a mess.

I so agree and feel the same way. Sure I come on and read once in a blue. But, I can't just sit back and support her while she makes a constant mess of her life. I thought, I might even buy her album not only to support her , but also because I like the songs and the music. I waited until after the oct 26 court date to see how she might have secretly improved...Than I read "eat it suck it fuck it snort it" or whatever the nonsense she said in the court hall. Everytime since that day I refused to comment or support her. She has gone way down hill since even then. Its sad it gets worse everyday.

I too thought she was getting a bad rap in the media, maybe she was just getting caught being bad, she was having a hard time and will clear her head soon. I waited in vain this woman is really ill beyond many types of mental conditions. I know a mother with bi polar, she acts nothing like Britney, as she loves her kids. Maybe for Brit its the lack of medication or the drug cocktail she gets for her ADhD. I cant really put my finger on it, but I know, she has something very wrong with her. She won't get better until she seeks help. She needs a therapist or more likely a whole team of professionals to evaluate and help her. ASAP

10:17AM...yeah, although I believe the pap CHAOS that ensues (she calls X-17 to let them know where she'll be, so OTHER outlets know to just congregate where they see the X-17'ers, thus creating that ridiculous phalanx of paps...if she would just NOT call X-17, she'd be fine.; she would be like the other -coughcough- "big stars" in LA and only have to deal with the few dexterous paps who are willing to camp outside her home, etc) wherever she goes is but a small portion of the reasoning why the 4S banned her.

Because they usually LOVE when celebrities bring pap attention and therefore free advertising, MOST of the time the hotel is willing to happily accept even the stars that are pursued like pieces of meat- Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez, Leonardo Dicaprio, etc etc etc.
HOWEVER...what they will NOT NOT N-O-T tolerate is illegal activity. That could potentially lose them hundreds of thousands of dollars if the incident(s) are made public.
Britney has made a fairly regular routine lately of checking IN to the hotel at two or three in the morning...and then she checks out just a couple of hours later at five or six in the morning.

When you consider that Britney has not one but THREE homes within miles of the hotel (two large, safe, comfortable houses and one apartment, also luxurious and safe) it's fairly obvious to most people what Britney is doing there.

She only started going to the hotel(s) in the middle of the night after X-17 caught oSAMa purchasing "something" in a dark sidestreet while Britney waited in the car. Britney looked tired, exhausted, and like the weight of the world was on her shoulders...BEFORE Sam met the "mystery man"...but after Sam came back to the car and then Britney stopped at a gas station restroom for about fifteen minutes, she suddenly was wide-eyed, pupils alternately dilating and pinpointed...and smiling a huge, empty grin. She was chattering away to the paps, where before the "bathroom break" she had shot them the bird and refused to speak except to call one of the X-17 paps "f***ing wetback".

X-17's official position was that Britney had needed to PEE "so badly" that she snapped at their paps and wouldn't smile or talk to them except for horrible racist epithets.

It goes without saying that pretty much NOBODY believed them.

My point is, the media made such a big deal about Sam buying her drugs and she obviously knew that getting caught "for real" would not only get her visitation revoked, she'd likely end up in JAIL as well.

So she starts having her dealers/hookups/whatevers meeting her at the Four Seasons. Because 4S has a VERY strict "no paps inside" policy, Britney knew that with all of the foot traffic going in and out of the hotel, it would be almost impossible for the media to conclusively determine WHO she was meeting and WHY.

Even when Britney took her KIDS and the court monitor to the 4S restaurant on THANKSGIVING, she left to go to the "restroom" and met with someone.

Although I was sad for her upon seeing the video, now that I've had time to think, I recognize that this may actually save Britney's LIFE. Now that so many places are banning her altogether, she will become desperate to purchase her drugs and hopefully will get CAUGHT and made to go to rehab again...a REAL rehab, not "Promises", where they 'promise' to take your thirty grand and in return, MAYBE escort you to an NA meeting or two.

I think the Four Seasons saw the person(s) coming to Britney's room(s) over and over...combined with the fact that Britney would spend up to a thousand dollars just to check out after only TWO OR THREE hours...basically, they added two and two, and unlike Britney, they came up with FOUR, not twenty-eleventy-nine.

It sounds awful, but I truly HOPE this is the beginning of the end for her- and NO, I am NOT wishing her dead; what I mean is, I hope that this precipitates her descent to "ROCK bottom" so that homegirl will FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY get the help she needs.

rehab.... rehab... REHAB... and take it seriously this time because you've got issues chickita!

I already TOLD you I deeply regretted the personal details about the kids that I inadvertently spilled. I did so in the heat of the moment when someone was going on about how Kevin goes for "weeks" at a time without seeing the kids, when the reality is that he cooks most of their meals, eats WITH them, bathes them, puts them to bed, reads to them, etc. A nanny (PART TIME NANNY) *does* help with the day-to-day housekeeping and caregiving, but she by no means "raises" the boys, as so many here have implied, simply because X-17 likes to snarkily imply that because they were photographed with the nanny TWICE, he must "never" spend time with them. The only reason that the nanny took the kids for a walk INSTEAD of Kevin (both times) was because of X-17 d!psh!ts who are SO up the poor man's caboose that they literally start to sound sexually excited when they think he MIGHT be coming out with the kids. Seriously, listen to some of the videos that X-17 has of him carrying the kids to and from the car, etc. It's DISGUSTING. ("Oh man...OH...man...he's gonna do it! He's gonna DO it...LOOK...there he is! THERE HE IS THERE HE IS THERE HE IS THERE HE-- ohhhhhhhhhhhh man, he's got one of 'em, he's GOT ONE OF 'EM, it's the big one, he's carrying the BIG ONE, oh mannnnnnn...")

You need to get over "my behavior"...he did not "condone it" and I DID apologize...profusely and frequently- both to him AND to the forum at large.

He said that when I asked if it was "okay" if I posted on the X-17 topics re. him and/or Britney or the kids, he said when he told me he didn't mind, he thought I meant just to participate in the general discussion and offer my opinions, as he knows I support him and am well-spoken, therefore would be a good counterbalance to some of his detractors.

Let me make it crystal clear since I apparently did not when explaining this to you before:
Kevin did NOT approve of my sharing details about the boys' medical and social development. However, he did say that I could continue to discuss those items which I had ALREADY mentioned- mostly because a) I couldn't retract them- by that time Kevin and myself had BOTh tried to send X-17 owners email asking them to remove it and after a couple of days passed it was obvious they would not- and B) several posters copy/paste things and by then the info had "traveled".

Since I regained my self-control and apologized to Kevin, I have NEVER released any "new" details even though God knows there is enough of them.

While Kevin wasn't pleased, he did say that he knew I would never go to a tabloid magazine or SELL photos of the kids. He knows I have a photo of him with Jayden snuggled into his shoulder sleeping as well as numerous of myself and various friends/family members with Sean and he knows good and well that I could net five figures for those photos- but I *never* would. He knows my heart's true and sincere intentions are to argue his case effectively so that people might stop telling ridiculous and salacious lies about him AND stop arguing that Britney should get the kids back "just because". Neither Kevin nor myself is silly enough to think that what little old me says might actually have any BEARING on the eventual outcome of this case, but he IS human and while SUCH vile things are being said about him (meanwhile he's at home being stay-at-home-superdad and knocking down a wall in what WAS the master bedroom to make a giant, lovely playroom for the kids) he certainly doesn't mind having a small contingent of friends and family out there on the blogs defending him when and if they so desire...he would never ASK anyone to do that; but hell, he wouldn't HAVE to. Y'all are crazy if you think I'm the only one he knows personally that's on this site. Pretty much everyone in his family and the small circle of friends he now keeps is aware of X-17's partnership with Britney and their obvious slant AGAINST Kevin. I know of at least two other family members and at least one friend who routinely take up the cause of defending him on this site.

He realized the score when X-17 ran a picture of BRITNEY wearing the GUCCI baby carrier with Jayden in it even though it states ON the inside of the carrier that it's ONLY for babies up to six months or fourteen pounds and he was one YEAR old over twenty pounds but she stuffed him in it anyway because X-17 was taking pics and she wanted to be the ubercool mommy with the GUCCI snuggli...but then Kevin wore Gucci sandals and they belittled and ridiculed him. He had originally believed that if enough time passed and people realized he had REALLY changed; when people realized that even though he had a legal RIGHT to demand a third of Britney's income for child support but did not ask for ANY more despite the fact that he's spending pretty much ALL the money he makes on court-ordered security...when he did NOT sell photos of him with the boys even though PEOPLE magazine has offered him nearly two MILLION dollars for a private shoot (even though BRITNEY sells photos of the kids on a near-weekly basis...although I'm beginning to think that Sam is actually behind that-- she couldn't even find her way HOME the other night so I am doubting her ability to coordinate something like a semi-weekly sale of photos) ...he thought that people, INCLUDING X-17 *would* eventually turn the tide and if not outright support him, at least not BASH him at every turn and opportunity.

Once he realized that it wouldn't matter if he refused ANY child support (then people would say he's being a prideful bastard who doesn't want his sons to have what they need) that he could not win with the detractors so he did what I wish *I* could do and just stopped reading sites like this.

I have said before and will state once more than I do not feel a need to justify myself to anyone here. I did post the photos of Kevin and myself and the one of my holding the "EA" sign simply to prove my authenticity...but beyond that, I feel no need to put forth effort to "prove" anything else to anyone here. I have apologized for what I did that was wrong and if Kevin can forgive me but YOU won't...well, it simply does NOT bother me. I cannot explain things any better or clearer than I have and will not waste any more effort trying to do so. I hope you can be grown up enough to move ON, because I could not be more sorry for the way things played out and accepted responsibility for my errors in judgement.

I posted the picture of me & Kevin in front of Kevin's house, w/ his stepmom hugging my neck...it was in one of the Britney posts in the last few weeks...and THEN people said "that's not YOUUUU...you just found that picture and SAY it's you! blah blah blaaaaah" so then I posted ANOTHER photo...one of my by myself, holding a little paper that said "hi from EA". Again, don't know which Britney post it's on...you know they post 900 totally "newsworthy" posts about her a day-- it's hard to keep them all straight. Hell, they milked that damn lighter incident for, like, FIVE posts all on its own.

ANY way...X-17 REMOVED the post with the pic of me & Kevin/fam...(someone has b!tched me out for posting "photos" with Sean P in them, but I cropped him out; you would never even guess there had been anyone else IN the photo based on the ones *I* posted, so if those ARE on here somewhere, it wasn't from my collection of photos) Anyway, so I posted it...AGAIN...and to my knowledge, that time it stayed since it was a post with a ton of comments (Sunnyday and the PEACE & LOVE 4 BRITNEY & KIDS dude were out in force that day, I guess) but I don't know if anyone saved it or what...I would post it now just for you but I am on my laptop as we're staying with my folks this weekend (they're sick, so the hubman & I thought we'd come & make soup, clean house, etc) but when I get home tomorrow or Monday I will post the URLs of the photos here.

I know quite a few people saw them since many of them saw fit to say things like my forehead is too big, my "teeth look funny", etc...and while I am no supermodel, I'm no slug either so I knew it was just blindly devoted Britiots trying to be mean. My hubby was so sweet; he emailed Kevin and told him to go outside and walk up to one of the X-17 morons with a video cam and say "EA is a stone cold fox!", LOL...but Kevin said he would not patronize X-17 after all the time they spend basically endangering the children with their near-manic pursuance of photos/video of Kevin &/or the kidlets. 5:23PM/Alice-Malice...thank you SO much-- I am really heartened recently due to all of the kindnesses offered by posters who seem to be coming out of the woodwork as of late...if you follow my posts, I'm sure you have seen me say "it's a labor of love" to post here because of all the people who really don't care WHAT I say-- they will watch and wait and see that EVERYTHING I say comes true/is eventually verified (such as when I said the day after Thanksgiving that Britney had raged at Kevin on the phone that she would "f***ing die" before attending the deposition...and boy, some of the "fans" just attacked me in FORCE and said they would "show me" when the time for the deposition rolled around [at that time oSAMa hadn't blabbed about the time/date yet] but of course when Britney bailed, NOBODY stepped up to apologize for calling me a liar) and then STILL berate and belittle me.

People like you, people who I know actually take the time to DO the research, READ the court documents and articles from REPUTABLE news media outlets (in other words- NOT X-17, among others) really have made my heart swell. I feel like it's WORTH IT-- the time I spent posting was WORTH it...you know, my reason for putting this hybrid of factual information combined with my opinions and observations is twofold-- It's not that I want to change peoples' perceptions of Kevin as a person or a father-- I just want them to DO THE RESEARCH; to know of what they speak before they level baseless and potentially VERY harmful accusations like "he's a drug dealer" and "he lets the nanny raise the kids"...I want them to actually find PROOF of things before saying them. My other reason is basically "historical archival purposes", I suppose...see, right now Kevin carefully controls what the boys watch, of course; they're so little...right now he doesn't even allow Sean P to watch stuff that's "PG"-- only "G". When I was over there someone wanted to put in a DVD of "Angels in the Outfield", which I think *IS* a Disney kids movie, but Kevin said no way...it's "G" or it's the Disney digital music channel on TV. ANYWAY, my point is this-- they are not ALWAYS going to be in such a carefully controlled and regulated environment. One day, they WILL have access to the unbelievable volume of information out there regarding each parent, this custody battle, etc-- and I wanted there to be SOME record of the way things ACTUALLY were, you know?

Well, it's getting migh-ty cold here in the hill country, so I bid all good night and Godspeed...the hubman and I bought the newest season of "Reno 911" on DVD and are going to snuggle up and watch it. Thanks AGAIN for kind comments and defending me against the people who obviously are missing the 'social grace' microchip. You guys rock. When I go back out to CA at Christmastime, I am going with the knowledge that MANY of you are praying for these precious, precious babies, and that will make spending time with them and holding them (well, holding Sean...so far I am 0 for 2 with JJ- once he slept through my visit and once he was NOT hearing about "company"- he held tight to Kevin's neck and did NOT want a new friend) will mean that much more because I know when I'm fiercely praying to God that somehow, even with ALL that is going on, they will grow up to be healthy, aware young men who treat others as they would like to be treated themselves. I am even thinking of archiving portions of some of the beautiful posts (like YOURS, Alice!) and making a little book for them to have as teens or adults, because you KNOW it will be hard for them to process much of what is out there.
