There's the immediate gratification kind of happy, the kind an addict gets when they get their fix, the kind you get when you eat chocolate, or when you buy new things. Then there's the 'real' kind of happiness. This doesn't happen right away, its a long slow thing to come into. It takes days and weeks of doing what is best for yourself, really best,not make me feel good now best. Then you find you are really truly happy .
