K-Fed has temporary primary custody of the kids. That is why Britney is not able to see them as often. Personally, I think that even though Britney and Kevin have obviously made major mistakes in the past, they have both done a wonderful job with the kids these past few months. K-Fed really stepped up to the plate and took care of the kids and forced Britney to rehab for the kids sake. And Britney has done the best thing she could possibly do for those boys which is stay away and let someone more responsible take care of them while she gets better. I think it is a great sacrifice to realize that you are not the best person for your children and try and get better for their sake while others (ie grandparents and Kevin) look after them.
