Since the launch of her “Circus” tour, Britney has been feeling nervous about her performances and her people have had a team of relaxation therapists to help her and she’s also been taking medication before going on stage.

She also has a bruise in the middle of her forehead and we asked her how she got it and she said she fell off the counter int he kitchen. This little girl had been using boxes of beer and towels and dirty clothes she put in them to use as a chair to climb up on the counter. She said she fell off it and hit her head on the parquet floor. We looked for evidence of anything to eat and there weas nothing but piles of dried food that had been there for a few days. This little girl was trying to climb up on the counter to get to this dried food with cockroaches crawling on it because she was hungry. There was no food in the cabinets and no food in the refrigerator. The baby Zack is in ICU and Heidi is in foster care. People Exclusive Lawyer: Cops Issued Restraining Order Against Britney Spears

LAPD officers slapped Britney Spears with a temporary restraining order last Thursday night after her custody standoff, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

Called an "emergency protective order," it is enforced for five business days. Officers did it to "stabilize the situation," confirmed Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Kaplan, who did not request the restraining order, declined to say whether he would seek to extend it.

"The person it's placed upon would have to stay approximately 100 feet from the other person, or face arrest," says LAPD spokesman Mike Lopez, who could not confirm the restraining order on Spears. "In most cases, it's issued by officers when there's the possibility of imminent and immediate danger to the victim."

Added Kaplan: "Kevin doesn't want to keep his kids from being involved in [Spears's] life. But foremost is that the kids be in an environment of structure [and] stability. The next goal is to get things to a point where both parents are able to participate fully in their [children's] lives."

On Jan. 4, Spears, 26, was stripped of all visitation rights with sons Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, pending the ex-couple's next custody hearing on Jan. 14.

All you need to do is to ask yourself, who caused her on a 51/50 hold? Who dragged someone to court weekly, monthly and every other month from a period of July to Dec 2007 , finding no evident of drugs, use bi-polar and psychiatric evaluation, treated like a criminal? Did MJ or even Saddam Hussein or any other biggest criminals, drugs abuser being treated in that manner? The ex-spouse and his attorney or Sam and his attorney or both? Who ultimately benefit through her death with her fortune given to her kids – Sam and his lawyer who had zero relationship with her? Who in this world did not made bad decisions, trusted the wrong person or even married the wrong man in their life? They moved on and start afresh but she was trapped with kids that were now not legally hers?.

Someone can abuse himself as “father of the kids” and a judge allow that kind of continuous extortion and $$ to be traded with kids? If these were solely drugs, since Feb 2008 till current 2009, were $$$ still traded using kids by lawyers and her ex-spouse through the use of conservatorship, now that all the bad companies were removed since Feb 2008? Bad companies can influence someone within a period of 3 months? Are kids mentally safe now, given that BS 2 yrs of marriage need to be dragged to a UCLA! No one can be a mental patient unless she has been psychologically abused for a period of time!

Btw the period Jul-Dec 2007, she was accused of drugs abuse whereby they were all prescribed medication proven even by her when she went to all the pharmaceutical shops to get her supply and these were witnessed by millions who followed her story. People are not dumb to unable to differentiate video and photo that were badly done! Now you accused her of having relationship with Sam, Anand and his attorney with equally no concrete evident. Sam has any great image and reputation that were ruined? Britney’s mum has herself to blame if she simply believe in others telling her about drugs and PPD, rather than have faith with her daughter. Just trying to show others how great your relationship with your daughter cannot be merely shown by a few photographs.

Classifying someone “UNABLE TO HOLD ATTORNEY” meaning no other attorneys can come in except those appointed to cover the injustice done to her? Is she a first class killer/murderer tried in court that only specially appointed attorneys are allowed? Why would someone hold an attorney if all they did were collaboration and extortion! Now, using her to extort from her fans who were mostly teens and in return extort from her – selling 50 albums just to pay for 1 hr of legal fees? A judge can allow ex-spouses to drag someone to court to seek vengeances, use kids for financial gain? If there are such a judge sitting in that kind of position and abusing the right of power, that person need to be replaced and asked to retire, just like a chief inspector, receiving public funds, ignored the general safety of women (even if the women are prostitutes) and kids, allowed a kind of harassment by hooligans, employed or even engaged by companies or individual with the intention of causing grievous harm to her (even death) and her kids with the intention of a financial gain.

If a person had been deduced as highly drugged, insane, why the need for the strict visitation rights, with 10000pairs of eye guarding her every move to be with her kids, can you predict or even restrain an insane person from killing her kids or herself?

If an ex-spouse demanded for full custodian of kids, able to prove BS was a drug addict with bipolar, then he should take the responsibilities of a parent without any childcare or spousal support, given the fact that these are zero$$ tag kids, no difference from the 2 zero-$ tag black kids he had with his first wife cos’ they bore his last name. Why the need of BG and nannies? He has his own parents to take care at zero $$. Any non custodian parent is free to move on with their lives and start afresh rather than stuck in a failed marriage. Why was Britney treated differently by the court? She still has young fans that can be easily extorted for those around her to extort?
