The Allstate Arena cancelled her March 30 2009 tour date. Yesterday was a way worse than her camp is letting on. I think she’s on the verge of another breakdown.

Yeah well I bought Blackout and she didn't tour. I say she should take as many meds as she needs to get pulled together. She not a charity case you know. Brit showed up with her father and some attorneys for a conservatorship status conference, Friday afternoon.

They are apparently going to discuss Britney's plans for the release of her album "Circus" and a possible tour.

She may do a few small clubs or maybe a “back up” to someone else’s tour, but she wont do a major world tour, she can't handle it at all. She messed up her last tour and cancelled in the middle of it and cost promoters millions. And now that she is under a conservatorship, since she IS crazy, they won't back her for anything major.
