This is an interesting bit of news!
After court today, Sam's spokesperson Michael Sands delivered a petition to the judge requesting that the custody hearing be switched to federal court. We're hearing, however, that the judge hasn't read them (they're not signed, either) and the documents were put in the court file.
Hmm, wonder why? Could this be a civil rights issue? We're looking into this!
ALSO - While he wasn't in court today, attorney Ivan Taback will be one of Brit's two new trustees. The other is Britney's brother, Bryan, who was represented in court by Mitchell Gaswirth today.
Both will receive "mutual compensation" for their time.
Guess we'll see what happens come March 10th!
