If you do any research you would learn that Ingham is one of the most qualified respected attorneys in LA in the area of conservatorships and accountings.

If Britney shows a lot of improvement, the conservatorship can end early. This isn't set in stone. It's up to her to cooperate, take her meds and settle down (and mature). If she does and is deemed able to take complete care of herself without slipping backwards, she will be allowed to do just that before July 31.

I kinda doubt she will do that but the option is there.

As for Sands and Kaplan, no one knows what was said today and frankly, when it comes to that clown Sands, I certainly don't care what he had to say. He's a freak.

She would totally flip out not seeing them and Kevin has been increasing these visits, not curtailing them. And Brit may hate being reigned in, but it looks as if she did not fight this extension. If she did, she would have spoken out or just run away to her old past and she hasn't done this.

I love how X17 thinks it knows what's better for Britney than doctors and legal experts. Cleary if Jamie was doing anything wrong the conservative would have been turned over to somebody else or ended. It is absolutely unfair decision from the court. The press wants to feel sorry for this young woman and say that she is bipolar and has serve mental issues. Why can't they think that this young woman might have a serious drug addiction to crystal meth or other amphetamines?
Let me explain why I think that Ms Spears might be doing this type of dangerous drugs. First off she is in the spotlight and makes tons of money, so buying drugs and having access to them would not be hard. Speed abuse damages the brain and causes people to do unpredicatable behavior. Miss Spears the last year has done so much unpredicatable behavior that it's hard to keep up. Her appearance has also gone down hill. Speed abuse makes you not care about how you look, in fact it makes you not care about a lot. It can also cause serve mood swings causing you to be very angry or very sad. Spears was photographed balled beating a paparazzi vehicle with an umbrella. If you look closely at the picture, her eyes are very wide, and she looks very, very angry.
Lately Britney Spears has been traveling around town talking in a fake British accent. Long term speed abuse can make people delusional, and can also cause personality disorders after long time abuse.
The world needs to wake up and stop thinking this poor young woman just woke up and became crazy. Remember she has already been in rehab before for alcohol abuse, but who really knows if that really was the issue. She's got a job teaching kids to dance because of her dad. He probably had long talks with her and asked her "what is it you really love to do" and she said "dance." He found a dance school, took her there and now she's teaching. She's happy and doing what she loves. She's making these kids very happy. Seeing the mom's interact with their kids helps her to know how to deal with hers when she visit's with them.

Im happy that her father will be looking after her till July 31. You can't hang with drug dealers and not try it at least and once you try it you can get hooked. Britney already had experienced drugs and alcohol and liked them both. Now she sleeps and is up like a normal person and maybe even has breakfast and then goes to teach dance. This is very good for her. I happy for her. Hope dad can stay and help her keep up the good work.

I believe that it is good for her to have her father around, of the mother I`m not so sure. Didn`t they get divorced because he didn`t approve of the way her mother was leading her career? My 84-year old grandfather, at this very moment, is on 22 different medications, prescribed by three different doctors...at one time, his wife was on NINE different prescriptions for depression that SAME TIME!

I haven't seen Michael Moore's "Sicko" yet, but he's probably right on the money. If doctors will prescribe this many medications for a no-name couple in their 80's, just think how many prescriptions could be obtained by a celebrity.

It wouldn't surprise me if Brit's nightly stops at Rite-Aid were to re-fill multiple prescriptions for Adderall, which were then being snorted like they were going out of style...

Adderall is a controlled substance on the DEA schedule II. The DEA uses a tracking system that follows the drug from where it is made to who it is distributed to. The system is quite reliable too! A few years ago an individual who had a back injury and was given a script from their general physician and referred to a ortho doc. The Ortho doc prescribed the same narcotic but under the generic form. The patient picked up the 1st script when dropping off the second. (The patient was INNOCENTLY trying to follow doctor’s orders and had NO criminal intent.) The local DEA made contact six hours later at the patient’s home! Most states only allow one script of Adderall to be written at a time. The alternative in other states; the Doc may write one for now and two post dated scripts. An Adderall script can never have refills. The patient must have an original script. It cannot be called into a pharmacy and very very rarely will it be approved for replacement if the pills are lost.

Ah...even more interesting...so she was taking Adderall before (as seen through some disgusting photographic evidence when the paps took a photo of her purse and zoomed in on the prescription label). But then she was likely switched from Adderall (for "ADD") to medication used to treat Bi-Polar Disorders. These latter medications would cause weight gain, hence the bags of laxatives we've seen her purchase.

Just putting all the pieces together in my head...this all explains her behaviour quite well...

I am not a gambler......I would bet a month’s salary that the Rite Aid Pharmacist would have involved the DEA, if that were the case. In a person without the NEED for brain stimulation: Adderall taken NORMALLY at REGULAR doses would be enough to get her high, without snorting it. My GUESS would be she was getting the Adderall and took it possibly as it was prescribed, the other psych meds on top of the Adderall………could really send her over the edge. Multiple scripts picked up by the same people……the pharmacist would not put his job on the line for that. Now if we saw her going to many different pharmacies….(eg. Walgreens, CVS) that would be more along the lines of filling multiple scripts in different names.

As for Anna and Heath.....COINCIDENCE? Anna’s scripts were from a California Doc and another one in Florida, possibly in the Bahamas too. Heath was prescribed meds out of the country and more within the US. None of these doctors had communication and many pharmacies were involved.
Florida is off the hook when it comes to regulating medication. Doctors can also have their own pharmacy within the office! How convenient is that for a corrupt Doctor! I could write a script for Chucky Cheese and fill it myself, charge Chucky’s insurance and give the meds to Donald Duck!

I'd believe it! Speaking personally, my sister started taking medication for depression a couple of years ago, and she went through six different prescriptions before she found the one that "fit." In the meantime, her behaviour was off the wall...my parents had to pick her up on the side of the highway a couple of times because she suddenly got so sleepy that she had to pull over - and she was still completely out of it when they got there 45 minutes later. Her doctor had to keep switching the medication until they found one that worked...it makes you wonder if "depression" was even the problem in the first place, or if she's been misdiagnosed...

So I'd believe that mixing Adderall with other medications (especially if they're not the right fit) could really warp Brit's reality...

Yes, and since then I've come across a number of family members and friends who have suffered various mental illnesses and have gone through similar situations. I hate to sound like Tom Cruise, but these kinds of drugs scare me! I'm sure they're needed in cases where genetics are playing a role, but for other people I also wonder if some good old-fashioned talking (e.g. through a counsellor) would be more effective over time...

I also live near an Indian Reserve, where traditional medicines are used...so I'm probably much more open to the healing powers of nature than finding a solution in a little pink pill.

Anyways...it's just another reason I find this story so intriguing!

I agree with you Chucky! I have seen to many "meds gone wrong" situations, to believe meds should be the first line of treatment. I think so many "disorders" are normal personality traits, everyone has a bit of! Example.....Everyone at work....could say I am OCD, I run a neat and orderly ship! At home I would play with my kid before I would do the dishes anytime...so a little ADD there. I am not saying I dont believe there are people with very real OCD or ADD....I just think so many of these disorders are diagnosed on symptoms stated as opposed to true observations. It seems if you are neat and orderly you have OCD, heres a pill.....if you are sad, manic and happy in the same day you are bi-polar,heres a pill! I am a fan of old-fashioned therapy: talking, Self control, behavior training, coaching, teaching and THEN pills if needed. COFFEE over ADDERALL to help concentration! LOL

Honestly, i am a huge Britney fan and this is great news. Just look at the difference Jamie has made since being with Britney for what, a month? This is exactly what she needs, she needs her family around so she can find herself again. Not only does she look 10x better now but she also gets to see her kids again and shes helping out other kids with dancing.
