Actually childbirth had nothing to do with why her privates look like that. Having kids does not stretch you out, in fact you often pop back into place tighter than ever. And she had C-Sections both times because her mother scared her out of having natural childbirth. I dont see the sense of trading in a few hours of pain in real labor versus months of pain of getting cut open and having a scar for life. You can clearly see her scar in some of the pictures.
