The lawyers are at lunch trying to come up with an agreement, both parties want it, but there are conditions (eg. Brit cannot drive with them, parents must be present etc). So its still being worked on, no final decision yet today.

No one knows for sure what she did to her babies before they were taken away. There was a GOOD reason in the eyes of the court. Being Britney Spears is neither a reason to give them back or keep them from her.

I feel it was much, much more than a simple breakdown that caused her to loose her children. We don't know what happened in the months before she even lost the monitored visits. Must of kept getting worse, whatever it was.

How dare he hire a lawyer, with his daughter's money, fire the ones she had, and argue against her getting supervised visitation?? He was happy for her to see them if she checked into a psych hospital though so he could continue to control her money. Sounds like blackmail to me. He's a greedy monster father. I hope someone looks into whether he's drinking again.

Convicted criminals see them behind bars or when they sit at the visiting tables there are gaurds.

Maybe, just maybe, if she showed up for the custody hearing, fought a good fight for herself, got whatever help she needs, showed some interest in actually getting her children back, then maybe the courts would take her seriously.

If you read TMZ, you'll see Kev was happy for her to see the kids with a psychiatrist present, dad only wanted her to get the right to see the kids if she checked back into a psych facility. They couldn't agree, so no orders were made.
