No Visitation For Britney... Yet

Despite the fact that ex-hubbie Kevin Federline was all for expanding Britney's visitation rights, no changes in the custody case have been made today. (Her telephone rights remain intact.)
The court's on break now, and Kaplan has confirmed that the video of Britney running a red light (one of the reasons she had been stripped of the ability to drive while Sean and Jayden were in the car with her), will not be introduced or discussed in court today. "It won't be neccessary."
The court's spokesperson Parachini also emphasized awareness of the drive to move the conservatorship case to Federal court, but refused to comment on this matter, electing to instead focus on family court issues.
March 10th is the next hearing. Hopefully more will be decided then if it's not today!
Do you think Britney will see her kids before March?
