A court of law and psychiatrists have decided she is very unstable mentally and not of sound mind

She has embarrassed herself personally for the last few years in front of the world in a major way with all her psychotic actions

She can't even have a man right now since "daddy" controls her life

She is watched 24/7 since she is crazy

She has no friends but only people around her that control her, make money off of her, and are paid to control her life to the extreme

They have to give her psychiatric evaluations for the rest of her life, and she has to be monitored all the time, and she is on meds for the rest of her life

She herself has said she is miserable and very unhappy

She can't go anywhere, or have any real fun, or friends like everyone else can

She is a prisoner and will never be free

And it’s all the people around her and the industry that creates her "art" (the writers of the music, the studio technicians, the producers etc.). They have to correct her vocals for her CD's since she can't really sing. She has to lip-synch on stage since she can’t sing. She does not even dance anymore because of her knee injuries she had then had to have operated on (1999 and 2004)

So what is there to be jealous of? I would be very scared to have her "life". I love my freedom and that no one controls my life. No one tells me what to do. I can go where I want. I can have "real relationships" with "real" people, not paid people to watch me 24/7. And most important, I am very happy in my life.

Personally, I feel really bad for Britney, she is in a living hell, but her people make it look like she is living the good life so her fans will buy the CD's that are created by others. They then put her image on the CD to make it look like she is the cause of her music, but she is not.

I will take happiness any day over her sad life!

When they started planning for the tour, they couldn't get insurance for it unless Jamie continued on as conservator; otherwise, he was supposed to be done with conservatorship December 31st. She chose to voluntarily keep the conservatorship so she could get insurance to tour. She chose touring, fame, fortune over her children. Such a good mommy....

Jamie was widely quoted. He either inadvertently or deliberately created the expectation the conservatorship would end on Dec. 31. I agree, the conservatorship was necessary to get tour insurance. But the person and the estate are being held under the conservatorship. The court is also requiring medical reports from two doctors monitoring her health. This involves more than finances.

I do believe her visitation rights are contingent upon the conservatorship as well as the tour's insurance. I don't think giving up the conservator would have done anything for the custodial issues.

The drugs she was "known" to be taking were in the R.O. When you consider how many doctors wrote prescriptions for Anna Nicole Smith, there is no way of telling if she was using other drugs or street drugs.

Nadel is UCLA clinical faculty too. She may have written a prescription to calm her before the 5150. But she was not the source of the earlier problem.

Well, I know you can't believe everything you read, but it says in the recent OK article that the plan was for the conservatorship to end on Dec 31st, after which she was going to go to court to fight for custody of the kids.

Upon viewing her "documentary," though, and the way she is performing, the look in her eyes, just her overall disposition, and from an outsider looking in, she doesn't seem well enough to be able to mother her children in the usual capable way that she should - so I doubt she would've gained any kind of custody, full or joint, at this time (even if the conservatorship was lifted). It doesn't really seem she's well enough to have the conservatorship lifted, actually.

The only thing that interested me with what "Sam said", was that there was NO legal follow up to "Lynne being drugged" and nothing ever came of any of her other accusations. (aside from the order of protection, not too impressive.) Certainly there is MUCH more that we will never be "meant" to know.

I posted two stories about the UCLA staff violating patient privacy rights. Jackson recently has plead guilty. The investigators know she sold information to the National Enquirer for approximately $5K. I wouldn't be surprised if there were other media outlets. Other people are involved in the investigation. It’s well known TMZ has sources inside the court house and area hospitals.

Harvey Levin ran stories about her health problems BEFORE the two 5150's and 5250. I keep wondering whether she had been treated at UCLA before the first 5150 to Cedars Sinai. If so, was the woman we saw in the documentary the one Levin described as “the weepy girl?”

Jamie has been sober for several years now. Everything negative about his and Britney’s past relationship seem directly associated to his use of alcohol.
My father was in jail 4 times, he destroyed 3 cars, he lost 2 businesses, had one divorce. He got up one morning and decided it was going to be his last day as a DRUNK! He drank almost two bottles of Chevis Regal (sp) and partied all night. At 7am the next day he entered into rehab. He has been sober since! He remarried, started his own company, and has led a wonderful life. He still concedes to be ONLY ONE drink from the DRUNK that stumbled into rehab, nearly 35 years ago!

Many have grown up with "monsters" for parents far worse then Britney’s mom and dad. They have been abused heavily, sexually, and physically beaten, etc. But they rose above it and have been great parents and lead very productive and good lives. A person themselves can chose what direction they want to take in their lives regardless of what happened to them. It is a persons own choice and always will be.

Only if someone is really insane for real, someone that is a real mental case, then they can have an excuse and justify there inability to make sound and rational judgments. So if Britney really is that insane, then why is everyone using her to make more money off of her? She obviously can’t make any real decisions about major things in her life like this tour and comeback. In other words, if she really is insane, then the people around her are using her to make more money off of her. And they are using someone that is in great pain and has no real mind of their own to make sound judgments about whet they really want. It’s like using an 8 year old girl to sell sex to the world while putting them under major stress that they can’t handle while they are mentally unstable also!

But the truth is, Britney did NOT have it bad at all. She was never beaten, she was not abused. She was riding in limos, and did not even have to go to school. She had everyone around her telling her how great she was. SHE WAS NEVER ABUSED. She was given way too much way too soon is the problem, and it went to her head. She got to do what most kids would love to do, be famous and rich by the time they are 20.

SO IT’S BRITNEY'S FAULT SHE’S A MESS. What really happened is that her ego went to her head big time. She thought she was god and could do anything she wanted, party, do drugs, have sex with a lot of people, and that no laws or rules applied to her. She then got in to drugs and alcohol real heavy, got married twice then divorced, had two kids then abandoned them, and took no responsibility for her actions. She then found out that the world does have rules for everyone, and that they did apply to her too.

Karma is now biting her on the ass for being a selfish narcissistic whore who is very selfish. IT’S ALL BRITNEY'S FAULT; SHE IS THE CAUSE OF ALL HER OWN PROBLEMS. So stop blaming “everyone else” for her actions and decisions. It will only be when she takes full responsibility for her actions that she will have a real chance of getting better, and not until then!

I have to agree with you completely 11:13 AM. It can only be two ways with Britney:

A: She is really insane and unable to take care of herself like the courts have said. Which in that case it means the people around her are using a heavily mentally challenged kid to make money off of; which is really sick. And also means Britney will have another major breakdown soon.

B: She lost her mind from all the drugs and partying, which is her fault. Which, again, means the people around her are still using someone that is now insane to make money off of? And again means Britney will have a major breakdown soon.

Whichever way you look at it, they are driving her down again just like they did the first time she was driven down. They are doing all the same things they did the first time that drove her crazy and almost killed her. The same "teem" are around her again making money off of this mentally challenged individual that can't even take care of themselves.

It will be interesting to see what her management (Larry), her record company, and her family (her dad and mom) will say when she is back in a mental ward again!

I read that as well. I too was hoping it is not true!
If I was betting: I would give the tour a few shows and then they will cancel. Retire or not, I would be a "fan" of her taking at the very least 5 years to get herself well and become the Mother that those boys deserve.
I still believe Jamie should have taken her out of LA and into hiding. The documentary left me with the impression that she is still very fragile and certainly not well. The album, tour, appearances and such, all "look" as if she is moving on. IMO, it is all smoke and mirrors.

Jumping in and shooting a guess, but she seems like one of those mentally immature people who thrive on the idea of having children, but once the reality of hows much work it is being a parent is hits them square in the face, they freak out, lose it, and have flashes of incredibly negative and perhaps dangerous moments. It's like handing a small child who is used to playing with dolls a real child and while they may have the basic actions down, when it comes to the thinking part of functioning as a parent, they become quickly frustrated and hand the kid off, ignore it, or worse. Given that she has already shown that she is not functioning at an adult level in other areas in her life, this is a very real possibility. People like that do not purposefully abuse or neglect, but they are simply not equipped mentally to be a parent effectively. Higher levels of thinking are not present, so what is left are emotional responses. I'm betting this is the case here.

I doubt we’ll ever know who was the catalyst behind this “comeback.“ It may have been Britney and/or her family and management team. Britney the Diva has always had a strong desire to be in the spotlight. She grew up in a family that declared bankruptcy and has grown accustomed to being a very wealthy woman. Years ago, she was ecstatic when she said, “I’m freaking rich!“ When she was told by her family how badly she had damaged her finances, it may have motivated her to attempt a comeback. Britney seemed to want to return to the recording studio. During an interview at a NYC radio station, she sounded enthusiastic about touring. At least that is the way it was presented to the public. I thought it was crisis management spin then - and I still do. The conservators could (in my opinion - should) have discouraged her from working and focused on her health and the children. Preferable somewhere outside of Los Angeles. Maybe they didn‘t because of the money involved. Who knows?! Money can bring out the best and worst in some people.

Britney hasn’t toured since 2004 (excluding the M&M Mini Tour). Maybe the “idea” of the tour was her way of temporarily avoiding the harsh realities of her everyday life. Obviously, the idea of touring and the reality of touring are world‘s apart. Her heart doesn’t seem to be in it anymore. You’re absolutely right, she still appears fragile. The tour seems fraught with potential danger. I hope they cancel the tour and she retires. Even if she loses every lawsuit, she can still retire in comfort and provide for her children. I also liked your idea about a 5 year semi-retirement, then reassessing the situation. She and Kevin have two beautiful sons. You and I both know, there is nothing more important than family. Nothing!
