Life & Style Weekly is reporting that Britney Spears has been banned from West Hollywood bar Winston’s for her bad behavior.

“She was in a Halloween costume and propositioned the bartender to switch dresses with her,” says a friend of the club’s owners. “The bartender didn’t want to, but Brit practically made her.”

Another strike against Britney? Troubled pop star Britney Spears reportedly clashed with US socialite Paris Hilton in Bel Air at the weekend.
According to reports, Spears, who was out on the town warming up for her 26th birthday party, turned up to the opening of the Scandinavian Style Mansion, Los Angeles.
According to Britain's Mirror newspaper, the row kicked off when Hilton, 26, walked past Britney at the party, hosted by actress Sharon Stone.
Bodyguards reportedly had to pull Spears and Hilton apart as they squared each other up in preparation for a fight.
An insider said: "They were shouting at each other - it nearly ended in a punch-up."
But Spears didn't let it ruin her night - at midnight she turned 26 and partied at the Four Seasons hotel.

BRITNEY SPEARS is facing yet more agony in her ongoing custody battle with ex KEVIN FEDERLINE.

A 300-page document released by Judge Scott Gordon who is overseeing the case has revealed that the singer has received a damning report from the Los Angeles' Department of Children and Family Services.

Officials at the DCFS say they have grave concerns about the welfare of Britney's young sons if the singer is left to care for them.

Part of their statement, obtained by TMZ.com, reads, "Based on its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother's care."

Brit has been battling to regain custody of her children after Judge Gordon gave full custody of SEAN PRESTON and JAYDEN JAMES over to K-Fed.

The release of the papers comes after Spears' legal team asked Gordon to keep her custody and visitation schedules private, arguing that the singer needs confidentiality "in order to minimize the chance that unscrupulous journalists will gain unwelcome access" to her.

Allegations of "multiple child abuse and neglect" have reportedly been raised in the custody battle between the one-time pop princess and her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

A lawyer for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has written to the Los Angeles Superior Court about the welfare of the children.

Documents released by Commissioner Scott M. Gordon yesterday revealed the agency has concerns for the safety of the singer's two toddlers, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, if left in their mother's care.

Federline currently has temporary custody of the boys after Spears defied court orders about regular drug testing.

The agency requested the court not alter the current custody and visitation arrangements until their investigation is completed.

It mentioned investigating referrals relating to Federline in the letter but did not give any details.

Other documents released relating to the custody case included previous court rulings, expense reports and income statements for both parents and their professional details.

Spears pays Federline $15,000 (£6,749) per month in child support, and previous court rulings have said that he currently has no income.

Since last summer, when Britney Spears' pal Sam Lutfi appeared out of nowhere, the 33-year-old so-called film producer has become an integral part of the pop singer's life.

He's called Ryan Seacrest's radio show to denounce rumors that she's pregnant, organized her 26th birthday party and stayed overnight at her homes — platonically.

But in the the current issue of Us Weekly, there may be good reason for concern.

Lutfi has had two restraining order against him for violent verbal and physical attacks, according to complaints obtained by Us, and has gone by multiple aliases, including Osama N. Lutti and Osamah N. Lutfi.

In a 2005 complaint, Jumana Issa, a business acquaintance, claims Lutfi "harassed me repeatedly with obscene e-mails, offensive faxes, telephone voice mails (around 1 a.m. to 3 a.m.), out-of-control behavior and outrageous telephone hang-ups (around 15 to 30 a day)." In one fax, Lutfi scolded: "Peel yourself away from all the candy ... and overhangin [sic] belly ... and answer my e-mails."

His former neighbor, Douglas Snoland, filed a similar complaint in 2004, alleging that Lutfi tried to kick down his front door when he suspected Snoland of having his car towed. Snoland also accused Lutfi of wanting to kill his 73-year-old disabled mother. In the complaint, Snoland accused Lutfi of saying: "I will beat your ass ... Your mother is a f-----g old hag. You are a f----t. You will regret the day you ever met me." Lutfi’s attorney denied the threats, but a judge granted a three-year restraining order to Lutfi to stay at least 15 feet away from Snoland and his mom.

As for his past work history, he is listed as a producer of the 1998 B-movie Bug Buster on imdb.com. The movie's actual producer and director, Lorenzo Doumani, says Lutfi was his $350-a-week assistant. "He was a hustler type, a fast-talking kid," recalls Doumani.

Now Spears' pals worry he is in her life under false pretenses. "They are frightened," a source close to her parents, Jaime and Lynne, tells Us. "They know she is being taken advantage of."

"She's so desperate for a friend that it's easy once you get in there," adds a pal.
