This post is what many of us said. there is NO restraining order against Adnan and they were messing with you AGAIN. Sam is an ass but he knows your people will believe anything and they did and you make fools of yourselves again. Adnan isn't out of the picture. If you see the statement issued by Adnan on perez he says he was at a funeral and had his phone off. I bet you she couldn't handle not being his first priority got pissed and Sam whips out the months old restraining order. So what does she do find a new pap to screw nice Brit.

If a restraining order is approved by a judge, the first step is that a temporary RO is issued pending a hearing. The temporary RO lasts about 3 weeks. Only after a court hearing and judicial approval is a non-temporary RO issued. This RO can be for a period of time not more than 3 years.

So, there could have been a temporary RO in November that expired. There could have never been any RO but only papers that someone completed and then never submitted. There could be a current non-temp RO. Seems like a news agency like X17 should be able to sort it all out.

So X17 - when you gonna admit you lied about your photogs being invited in with Britney? You conveniently have no pictures, the information provided during the 'meeting' was wrong, and you listed the names of two photogs, who the video shows were not there.
