Court's over -- Judge said the state case is on hold until the Federal judge decides whether or not to remand to the state court. The Federal judge gave Eardley until today to answer the order to show cause why it is a federal case. Jamie has until Monday to respond. Then the Federal Judge will remand (probably). The state court can continue with Lutfi's hearing defending against the restraining order. Until then, the restraining order is still good.
