Actuall, California Code of Civil Procedure, section 415.20 permits substitute service. In other words, Lufti did not have to be personally served.
Also, the court deemed that Lufti had been served with the restraining order. So, he has been served.

Yes I too would like to know on what grounds have they found Ms Spears to be suffering from any type of mental illness? People can be addicted to drugs and do the most outragous things and that does not make them mentally ill. It just seems very fish to me. Things do not add up. They say she is gravelly ill. But on what grounds do they have? Does flashing your vag, being stupid dumb ,slutty,and at times a little loony grounds for labeling someone as being gravely ill?

I don't know exactly what drugs she has been give by doctors, no one knows for sure. Many of the drugs reportedly given to her are the same drugs given for simpler problems, OCD, ADD. But to put a bi-polar spin on it makes the fact she didn't fight for her children more acceptable to the public. Time will tell just how bad her condition truely is/was.
