She is either using her inhaler in front of the cameras because she foolishly thinks it makes people feel sorry for her, or she is going to contend that she is so stressed out by Kevin having the boys that she is physically suffering or she is once again using the drug to control her weight. The pictures of her and the boys in OK! were done to garner public sympathy, to show everyone that she is a good mother and to project the normality of her home life. Unfortunately, we know all of those things are untrue. Letting the paps know where she is going to be is to reassure herself that she is still a star. Serving the letter on her mother in front of the paps was done for no other reason than to humiliate her. The same holds true for the teary-eyed good-byes with her sons, the fact that she repeatedly pulled down the sheet in the ambulance when the EMTs were trying to shield her face from the paps and the numerous daily (or nightly) stops at gas stations. They are nice and big to accomodate everyone, they're just harmless gas stations (as oppossed to a nightclub or hotel) and they are well lit for optinum picture quality. The same goes for the Fuck Off Lover Boy jacket, the bright neon pink wig, the sunglasses at night and the flashy car she drives.
