Not sure about knowing the results of the drug testing. The court order from 9-17-07 says this:
The results of said testing shall be forwarded to the Court and will be in the Court file. The testing facility is specifically ordered to file hard copies of the results directly with the Court. The testing facility is ordered not to fax the results to the Court. The results shall not be released except upon order of the Court. Any person receiving test results upon order of the Court shall receive notice that unauthorized distribution of test results is punishable by civil sanctions of up to $2,500. (Family,Code
Section 3041.5).

Distribution probably has a specific legal meaning and it may be perfectly all right for the tested person to release information about his/her own results.

Britney Spears Slept Through Drug Test
Britney Spears lost custody of her children because she supposedly slept through two court ordered drug tests and on another occasion, refused to let the technicians come to her house. According to E! Online,

Twice-weekly random drug testing was one of the many provisions handed down Sept. 17 that would have allowed Spears to retain joint custody of two-year-old Sean Preston and year-old Jayden James after Federline petitioned for primary physical custody.

But L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon ruled Monday that Spears was not “in substantial compliance” with last month’s order, citing her lack of a valid California driver’s license and concluding that a missed drug test was, as far as the court was concerned, a failed drug test.
