Kit, you're right. Anxiety alone can be very debilitating. I experienced this myself for about a year a while back, and it was if I was walking around with my head wrapped in cotton. My head felt as if it was detached from my body, and I kept wondering if everyone was whispering about how strange I was acting. My heart was banging in my chest the whole time, and I couldn't get it to stop. But later, when it was gone, I asked people about it and they didn't even realize there was anything wrong with me. I know a number of people who have to take medication for anxiety and depression, and they've had a really rough go of it, so I completely understand how Brit must feel right now.

That being said...I was smart enough to go to see a counsellor, and to try things like reflexology and yoga to try to help myself. Others I know were smart enough to go see a doctor. Britney, on the other hand, is completely convinced that she doesn't need help and is refusing it at every turn. THIS is what disgusts me about her. Not only does she have mental health issues, but she's a spoiled, ungrateful, self-centred brat. And her poor boys are the ones that are suffering because of it.
