Actually yes many women look like that after giving birth to two children as quickly as she did and being toned and then having all the hormonal changes in her body that she has had add to that the med's she was ingesting and it is very possible that she just has to tone up again and that will take a while. While it is possible she would take steroids to quickly build muscle, they would have to be prescribed (Jamie isn't going to let her get bootleg quinine steroid from the net.) and I doubt any doctor would give someone with a history of anger and mental issues steroids for muscle building.

Secondly, she has no signs of steroid use: pimples on her back, defined muscle tone (her arms are fat not muscular), etc. This is just a woman who has some weight on her and wears tight clothes so it shows.
