No one in the industry is asking for her or running anything about her. If she had made a comeback then she would be all over the place right now like she was almost ten years ago. But nothing, she is no where. She only has a hit on iTunes. That is a $1.00 sale. iTunes gets a majority of the money for it. Then her record label gets a bunch of it also. Then Britney gets her cut out of the $1.00 (but then has to pay her managers, publicists and anyone else, such as the people that wrote the songs for her since they get royalties and payment for it). Britney, if she is lucky gets a few pennies for each sale. But years ago, when she had CD sales and was all over the place (TV, radio, magazines etc.), she made a huge amount of money for each song or CD sale. Now she is getting almost nothing and no one is interested in her in the media anymore when it comes to her music.

As stated earlier, Billboard is the industry standard and the only real place that the industry and artists use for real sales and figures. She made it to 78# and then it started falling off real heavy. And it only reached that since her fans where pushing it as hard as they could. No one wants her. And if the industry does not want her then her career IS over. Without them she has no support and no backers for major CD releases and major investing agencies to back a world tour.

iTunes is very easy to get to a #1 spot when you have a bunch of rabid fans that are buying the song over and over to push up sales. One of her CD's costs about $15.00 for a fan to buy. But if the fan spends that same $15.00 on iTunes then it is 15 buys. Which means it is like 15 people bought it. Also, her record company and Britney's people buy it for a day or two from iTunes to make it look like it is the #1 sale of that time period. In other words, if Britney's team spend about $10,000 on day one and another $10,000 on day two to download it, then it makes it seem like it is number one. But it is not. There are only a few rabid fans and Britney's people that buy it for a short period of time then it falls off quickly. It is not a true #1. It is just smoke and mirrors and marketing.

iTunes is not a true test of sales. That is why the industry does not use it for there statistics. The very fact that it is nowhere in sight on the radio (in big numbers like she was years ago) just shows how it is not selling well at all. Again, she is not on the radio much; it is not being played much at all. It only got to #78 on Billboard. The industry is not supporting it at all. MTV is not playing it. TV talk shows are not backing her or doing anything about it at all. In other words it is NOT a real #1.

iTunes is just a shallow place that does not count at all. Those are not honest real figures at all. No one else except iTunes is acting like she is anywhere near #1. So iTunes does not mean a thing. If she starts to sell in big amounts in the stores, and she is on TV big time, and on MTV (where they are rotating her songs all the time like they used to 8-10 years ago), then you can say she is back or is #1. And when everyone wants her on their shows and on their magazines then you can say she is back. And when her song is selling real big all over the place and the radio stations are playing it all the time, then you can consider that she is back and has made a comeback. But she is not even close to any of those things, and now it is already falling off of the #1 spot on iTunes. She is not back at all. She is still over.

Sorry, try again.

No information has been released regarding the custody issue since they were in court. Any changes since then have not been made public.

The invalid license charge comes from the August 6th accident only. I don't have proof she has a valid license BUT you also don't have proof she hasn't gotten one since Aug 6th. So yours is also wishful thinking.

If she had broken any other laws she would have been charged, which she has not.

As for the Judge, he has NOT found her to be anything as the counsellors do not submit their reports until Oct 22. He has only ruled she should undergo drug testing and parenting classes (the classes are standard for anyone going thru custody).

Until she fails any of his orders, not saying it might not happen, but until she does you have no proof of any of your allegations. It's what you want to believe.

I for one will reserve my judgement until the judge rules on her case on November 26th.

Britney needs to stay out of the spotlight. She's overexposing herself in many ways. There's a chance she has some type of post-partum and is just mentally handicapped now and truly needs help and everyone is criticizing but no one is helping her.

Ladies -- please be careful. There is an increase of police brutality against women. I have seen so many clips of police men kicking, shoving and man handling women it is scary -- all in the past several months.

Police men no longer 'reason' with women, have any sympathy or ask questions -- they just quickly arrest, handcuff and become violent towads women.

Police men are reacting violently towards women and it is scary. If you're driving, walking, whatever by yourself and a police approaches you for whatever reason -- remain calm and just try to get out of the situation. Don't drink and drive -- it seems like if you drink and walk you can get abused as well.

The stories I mention below all happened to White women -- just think what these police men would do to Black men and women!

Even if these women in the stories below did something wrong (which they didn't) there is no reason for such violence against women.

If police are under so much pressure, then they should be some time of limit placed on the amount of time the can have that job.

It is unthinkable that citizens have to scared of the police -- scary! Be careful -- this is happening in many, many states.

We've all heard the story of the mother who was handcuffed and arrested and thrown off the plane because her infant was crying a couple of months ago!

There are so many recently that it would take me days to compile them all.

There is one story I saw on Anderson Cooper 360 that I can't find, of a English Professor who called the police because she was being harassed by a bouncer at a club and the police wanted her to sign a blank complaint form and she said no and he proceeded to handcuff her with her hands behind her back, throw her on the street, pick her up and throw her against his car, etc. She ended up with two black eyes and cuts and bruises all over her body because he was throwing her around and since she was handcuffed she could break her fall each time her shoved her around. Even her groin area was bruised. Remember, she called for help and this is what happened to her.

Women -- even pregnant women! -- are getting hurt and killed while in the custody of the police.

Here are just three such stories:

Story # 1:

Carol Anne Gotbaum, 45, was arrested Friday at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix after she became irate when gate crews refused to let her board a flight for which she was late, officials said.

The events that led to Gotbaum's death began when she became irate over not being allowed on a US Airways flight, though she was re-booked on a later flight, officials said.

Officers handcuffed her and took her to the holding room, where she kept screaming, authorities said. They checked on her when she became quiet and found her dead said Phoenix police Sgt. Andy Hill.

"It appears Gotbaum may have tried to get out of her handcuffs, which ended up around her neck, Hill said. A medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Neither a stun gun nor pepper spray was used on the woman, authorities said.

Story #2

SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER REPORTER

She was rushing her son to school. She was eight months pregnant. And she was about to get a speeding ticket she didn't think she deserved.

So when a Seattle police officer presented the ticket to Malaika Brooks, she refused to sign it. In the ensuing confrontation, she suffered burns from a police Taser, an electric stun device that delivers 50,000 volts.

"Probably the worst thing that ever happened to me," Brooks said, in describing that morning during her criminal trial last week on charges of refusing to obey an officer and resisting arrest.

She was found guilty of the first charge because she never signed the ticket, but the Seattle Municipal Court jury could not decide whether she resisted arrest, the reason the Taser was applied.

To her attorneys and critics of police use of Tasers, Brooks' case is an example of police overreaction.


Story # 3

OHIO - Another taser incident under is investigation, this one in Ohio.

A police officer is on paid leave after dash-cam video shows him using a taser over and over again on a woman even after she's handcuffed.

The video is disturbing and it has Warren City officials in an uproar. It shows a woman being tasered numerous times by Warren police officer Rich Kovach, who had been called to the "Up The Creek" bar back on September 2nd for a disturbance inside the night club.

After being handcuffed, the woman was placed in the back of Kovach's cruiser. At one point she can be seen trying to kick out the window of the car and Kovach tasers her again.

Afterward the video shows the woman distraught and pleading for him to stop but Kovach can be heard screaming at her.

Finally, other officers arrive at the scene and Kovach removes the woman from his car. But as she is walking out of the frame, she is tasered again.

Britney creates her own riot and fan club, "THE PAP'S FOR PETE'S SAKE!" Do you ever see anyone in any of the places she is at asking for her autograph at the stores?

don't know why everyone feels the need to cut her down no matter what the fuck she does!
