Well you do I guess. According to some people that isn't a "real" qualification though. It's just one of those things that can be "faked"..no "real" skill needed. Although personally I would be inclined to disagree with that.

Brandcasting Unlimited should have included the educational requirements. This is a poorly written and vague advertisement. Every gregarious person who ever tinkered with scripting, built a web site, owns a MySpace, Facebook and/or Twitter account, used photo shop to crop and correct family photographs and likes gossip will think they have the skill sets necessary for this job. The company will probably be swamped with resumes from unqualified applicants.

And THAT makes me laugh!
