Brit Brit's only "friend" and her personal Howard K. Stern, Sam Lutfi, was scheduled to give a deposition on Friday in the ongoing custody battle, but he didn't show. He was subpoenaed earlier this month. He's been rescheduled for January and KFed's attorney will seek a court order to make sure he shows reports People .
Speaking of that subpoena, Sam is due in court on December 18th for allegedly ramming his Mercedes into the Range Rover of Aaron Cohen. Aaron is the former Israeli commando that was trying to serve Sam with papers forcing him to testify. Sam was apparently trying to get away from being served and crashed into him. BRITNEY - You better re-think your partnership with X17. If they're supposed to be "spinning" all your bad press/photos into positive stories, they're doing a bad job of it.
The "Britney & The Boys" photo gallery puts together a nice collection of photos that make it clear that BRITNEY has no interest in her children. Look at her body language, her facial expressions. I've never seen a mom look so miserable to be around her kids that she only sees twice a week.

After all he is the one with the nanny (what is she for, but to help do HIS job: she feeds, baths, and play with the children, and probably puts them to bed. Britney may see her children less, but it seems that the time she spend with them, she is with them, she doesn't have a nanny looking after their needs. She is actually taking care of, and looking after those boys.

I find it so odd that Sam is running from making a deposition. Kevin Federline is denying reports that he is trying to extort money from estranged wife Britney Spears by releasing a video of him making filthy, endless, white-trash love to her.
“There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence,” Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says in a statement issued Tuesday.
“It goes without saying that stories of Kevin trying to sell a sex video are patently false and anyone who reports they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else.”
On November 12, the News of the World reported that Federline, who is seeking spousal support and custody of his two sons with Britney, Sean Preston and Jayden James, was trying to sell the alleged tape and had already been offered nearly $50 million.
Numerous sources also reported that David Hans Schmidt, the legendary celebrity sex tape distributor, was in contact with the alleged seller. It sure has been a crazy two weeks since Britney Spears filed for divorce from K-Fed back on November 7, officially pulling the plug after two years of crappy marriage.

The only reason it usually is less than the standard 30% is if the payor can prove that they are financially unable to pay that amount. 30% of 700,000 is $210,000. Now obviously that is a bit much; however, the $15,000 that she does pay is ONLY a little over 2% yes 2% of her income. I guess that this proves Britney to be what the government refers to as a "deadbeat mom".
That is pretty pathetic that her boys are only entitled to 2% of their mother's paycheck to support them. Why is it okay for her to live well above her means, but those boys cannot.

Everyone is so down on Kevin for asking for more money. I can't understand why he can't care for the boys on $15000.00 a month, that's more than enough for them. (I think the "monitor" is showing love to the boys because, like most of us, it breaks her heart to see them rebuffed by their mother over and over...therefore she is becoming very attached to them. My heart already hurts for the pain those boys are going to experience when she is replaced by someone new, as typically happens every few months- assuming Britwit can keep visitation that long, which is a BIG "assuming")
If you go to ONTD, you'll see the REST of the pics, where Sean and Jayden are each screaming- but ONLY when Britney is trying to "hold them"...and you can even SEE Britney looking up at the X-17 lensman like "did you get the shot? can I puh-leeze put this little monster DOWN now???"
It's PATHETIC...I have never, ever witnessed someone so completely disengaged from their children. (or reality) The only photos where Sean is trying to RUN THE HELL AWAY are when Britney is after him. Kevin has a COURT-ORDERED security detail...which uses over HALF of that $15k- Britney SHOULD be paying for it and I HOPE that eventually MVK will put forth a motion to have Kevin reimbursed for the tens of thousands he's spent on the security detail. After all, it's court-ordered because of BRITNEY's erratic behavior. Kevin also has a seven thousand dollar MORTGAGE payment. I just love all these morons who insist he is living the high life, living above his means, etc. The only "amenity" Kevin's house shares with Britney's high-dollar mansions is that his home is GATED and that is an absolute NECESSITY. X-17 currently has a fifty thousand dollar bounty on pics of Kevin with both boys...they have people stationed outside his home five out of seven days- ALL day, and they publish photos of EVERYONE they can get going in/out of Kevin's home. Not to mention their misidentification of people in order to get more readers/comments-- do you think "drug dealer" or "pediatrician" would garner more hits? Yeah. So even though Kevin is paying out of pocket for the boys to be checked out regularly WITHOUT a horde of paps in their faces scaring them to death, for his trouble X-17 calls the doctor his "connection".
Kevin's home is actually very modest inside. It's nice- clean, and well appointed. But not by ANY stretch a manse or some blinged out pseudo bachelor pad. The only really large room is a playroom which he made by knocking down one wall. Pretty much everything in that house is for the boys' comfort- including a stable and loving FATHER.
What's in Britney's house(s)? Apparently couches covered in dog poo to such an extent that the monitor reported one of the residences as a HEALTH HAZARD at the last hearing.
Lastly, even if Kevin DIDN'T ever work, what would be wrong with him being a stay-at-home dad? If a WOMAN stayed at home riasing "two under three" (known to be one of the most arduous parenting tasks- raising two children under age three) people would give her a MEDAL. Kevin is doing it and the Britiots have all but built the gallows in his front yard.
Oh, and to the moron who keeps saying the "nanny does everything" at Kevin's...you are an idiot AND a liar. The nanny isn't even THERE every day. Kevin cooks meals for the boys, plays with them, bathes them, and puts them to bed. Notice the close up picture of Unfitney holding Jayden with his head on her shoulder . Notice his arms are down by his side. Babies put their arms around their Mommy's neck or shoulders. But Jayden does not know love from Unfitney, so he feels no love towards her. A picture says a thousand words.
