Osama “Sam” Lutfi does not have a lawyer.

Britney Spears former manager Sam Lufti has filed an official objection to the Superior Court commissioner being allowed to oversee Britney Spears’ conservatorship.

The objection was filed on Friday, but did not reach the courtroom in time for the a hearing on Monday when a restraining order against Lufti was extended for another month by the Commissioner.

Lufti filed the papers himself, bearing just one line that said “Please take notice that Osama "Sam" Lutfi will not stipulate to the above-referenced case being heard by Reva Goetz, commissioner presiding, to whom the above-entitled case has been assigned."

Lufti is representing himself in the case and can appeal for the case to be assigned to a judge on April 16.

Every site that has reported this has gotten their information from JFX. A representative for the Los Angeles Police Department said it had "no knowledge of a report" filed about the attack. If you are talking about me, the 'Newguy', I actually like JFX on many points. There is a certain benefit to having monitored posts. I think Ronnie is a decent guy who actually listens to his posters. I really have no issue with them. The slight misunderstanding was cleared up a few days ago. Most ( almost all!) of the posters there were very friendly. Trolls get the boot. JFX is actually refreshing. I'm just not sure about the Adnan connection. It's nice to never see a '1st' either. I really do believe that Ronnie is a good guy from what I've seen, Sure, they have a direct connection to Adnan, but I think it is not the conspiracy some would think it is. I think they are remaining quiet because it is truly a hot potato and they wouldn't want to go down for something like this. Ronnie talks to posters all the time. Everyone has info of some sort.
