When I first saw this picture, (the one of the little boy looking up at the helicopter). I thought "wtf?" and was pretty angry.
But then I realised that children ALL the time see helicopters flying by, they love them and planes and trains. If it's big and loud it gets their imagination going.

You should really consider removing these pictures. Obviously Kevin has gone to great lengths to keep the photogs away from his children when they are out and about. You constantly question why you never see his kids playing outside and this is the answer!! You have no respect for privacy...especially that of young children. This is one of the few times that a Britney fan is right, I'm sure it was by accident. It is, in fact, illegal to use a zoom lens and/or a helicopter to take a picture of someone who is on their own property. People have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" if they have taken even rudimentary steps to ensure that privacy (being behind a wall is sufficient). In other words, if you decide to sunbathe in your yard, anyone can take pictures as long as those images are freely accessible without using what the courts call "extreme measures". Extreme measures have been defined legally to include the length a photographer goes (Example:climbing a tree to circumvent a privacy fence is illegal) to secure a photo as well as the equipment used (Example:a telephoto lens is illegal as well). The problem is, that while using a helicopter and a telephoto lens to photograph someone in their yard is illegal, its only a misdemeanor. That being said, the photographer can be held partially liable if someone uses their illegally obtained photograph to bring harm to the subject of the photo. For example, if a stalker were to use the photo to help them draft a layout of the property and/or security. In this sense, I think X17 is acting recklessly by posting these pictures.

I totally agree with the person who asked how you sick people can call babies below the age of two, brats. Just because you don't like Britney Spears or Kevin Federfag? You're pathetic.

& X-17 is just doing their job as disguisting as it may be HOW they do it, it's their job. Plus, they are updating Britney's fans, who are concerned about her the only way they can, which is to put it online since they obviously can't go out to LA to find out themselves how she's doing.
