The judge is not doing anything to Britney -- he is doing this for the benefit of the boys. He is not anti/pro Kevin or Britney. His responsibility is to those two boys and making sure they are safe and well cared for. Further, A judge is not allowed to let their personal feelings impact their performance as an officer of the court. If he is not doing his job, her attorneys could ask for him to be officially removed or recuse himself from the case. If anything, he is doing this woman a favor. Its very simple for Britney, her behavior leading up to this gave everyone cause for concern, and was clearly unstable from the end of last year. The judge laid down some conditions to be followed, which also applied to K-Fed. Britney has an expensive lawyer, so if K-fed were not compliant then she would be launching attacks on him in court. If you read the pdf of the actual court report, it was lack of compliance, with telephone testimony from the Court Appointed Monitor. She needs to make an effort, attend the counselling, keep her nose clean (no pun intended) with the drug tests and prove herself beyond reproach. So far she has not, and has shown nothing but contempt for the court, regardless of what she might think, the COurt and a Judge is like a Casino - the house always wins. One Lawyer has already fired her, and she patently is not listening to the new one either. Sad that even simple direction seems to not interest her.

I dont know why she doesnt do what the judge asks of her because I do not personally know her. I do know that these are real kids even though their mother is a celebrity and this is not healthy. I do not agree with the judge's orders and think it is going to be traumatizing to these kids. If my mother had issues I would still want to see her because she is my mother, my flesh and blood. Lets just hope and pray that these children are not being torn through all this for money. That would be devastating.
