“I let my emotions take over my business savvy,” Sundahl, 38, confessed to The ENQUIRER. “Britney’s just a kid- and I got into something I shouldn’t have.”
As The ENQUIRER has reported, their affair began when 25-year-old Britney left rehab and joined an Alcoholics Anonymous chapter chaired by Sundahl, a recovering alcoholic.
He counseled the pop princess through her booze and drug nightmare- and their affair blossomed.
“Britney said she was in love with me. We were having sex. I truly cared for her,” he said.
Then six weeks ago, Sundahl underwent emergency stomach surgery and Britney kept a round-the-click vigil at his hospital bedside.
But during his recuperation, Sundahl began hearing rumors that Britney had hooked up with her 35-year-old bodyguard, Daimon Shippen.
“After the surgery I was immobile for three weeks with 62 staples in my stomach, so I wasn’t able to make love and party with Britney,” Sundahl said.
“We’d also been planning a trip together, but I had to cancel. Next thing I know, I got a call from a friend of mine who works at an upscale hotel in L.A. He told me: ‘This chick isn’t being faithful to you. She was here with another guy.’ I’d met Daimon when he came to the hospital with Britney. He’s younger than me and in better shape- and didn’t have 62 staples in his gut stopping him from romancing her.”
Shaken, Sundahl left several messages for Britney, but she didn’t call back. So Sundahl headed to her Beverly Hills home to confront her.
“Britney wasn’t expecting me, but it wasn’t unusual for me to turn up unannounced,” said Sundahl.
“She came to the gate and told me bluntly: ‘It’s over between us.’ We talked for a while and she asked me to sign a confidentiality agreement that said I wouldn’t talk about certain legal issues she’s facing. I felt like refusing, but I signed it.”
That’s when Sundahl’s suspicions about Britney’s romance with Daimon were confirmed.
“While Britney and I talked, Daimon walked up and put his hand on her shoulder in a familiar way- not at all how you’d expect a bodyguard to act,” said Sundahl.

There's too many stories about this floating around... X17 is saying Britney fired Laura.. and another is saying the Laura Wassner dumped Britney.
