According to Danny Bonaduce, who was in Promises, they do scrub toilets, etc. And besides, to stay in patient for 30 days you have to be able to pay for it -insurance will not cover a 30 day stay in rehab if you aren't having problems detoxing. Wow. How did they get that damn camera in there?? I've been clean for 2 years now. It took 30 detox facilities. Not one looked like that. Maybe if it did I would've felt more comfortable at the places. I don't know. No one can force you to get clean. That happens on your time. Hopefully she is doing well in there. Beautiful center or not I can tell you one thing: she is lonely, depressed, embarassed, and she definitely aches for her children. Those were my feelings that I went through. I've also witnessed other women go through the same thing and we all have the same feelings. Thank God I no longer use...I pray for all addicts trying to get clean.

I'm not trying to be mean, but this is not the way to do a serious recovery. And I am one of the many fans of hers that are not in denial about her serious conditon. Britney does have serious mental issues at this time and does have serious alcohol and drug problems. It is not just PPD. This is just a Disneyland of rehab centers. A major part of getting rehabilitated is to do some suffering and real lerning through tough work. Being treated like a queen and being taken care of like you are still a star is just what is going to put her back on drugs when she gets out. Rehab is supposed to be tough, it's not supposed to be like a vacation. You are supposed to confront your demons and it IS supposed to be hard and tough. Britney has been treated like a queen most of her life and has had everything done for her and lived in beautiful places. Being still treated like that or with just a little hand slap once in a while is not going to make her confront or see the realities of life. She will go back to a self destruct when she leaves this place. It is a shame, she should be in one of those tough places or some kind of lock down program to handle her major addictions and mental problems she has. This place is not going to help her. It is also apperent that she does not want to be there and is only there since her mother, Kevin, and manager (Larry) forced her to be there. A person only has a hope and chance of getting better when they are the one that has decided to be there on their own free will. I think Britney needs to want to get better herself and by her own drives to get better, and she needs a place that really does work and is tough in order for her to see the truth in order to get better. Again, I'm not saying this to be mean, but I don't think this Fantasy land hotel that lets you leave when you want and go shopping etc. is going to make her confront her real issues. That is such a shame since that means she will not get better for real and is just going to relapse soon after. I really want her to make a big comeback and win. But with this mild treatment center I don't think that is possible. But the best of luck to you anyway Brit. We love you.

I was in treatment for Anorexia and it cost the same for the month as this facility. I wish that the facility looked like this but most treatment is about $30,000.00 a month. That is what they bill the insurance. It's not cash out of pocket. As a person that has been in treatment and recovered...I wish Britney and anyone else struggling with addictions/depression the best. Get well soon!

My afternoons are spent at spa appointments and counseling sessions. I think an attempt at a comeback will happen, but look at her last release when she didn't even have public issues. ITZone went to #1 the first week, then died. Toxic did the best, but you have to have good writers who WANT to work with you. Besides, I think alot of people are 'over' Britney in many ways.

I don't want to offend anyone, but seriously, some people really need to think before they write stuff down. To those that have mentioned this: It obviously IS NOT HER SCHEDULE. I highly doubt that her people would let the paparazzo's near her room.

Secondly, Kaelie, who says that she isn't doing the 12 step programme or group therapy? Since you have posted on this site, I will assume you will have seen that she was photographed on her way to some AA meetings or whatever they were for. And, more to the point, how can you make that assumption since you had no idea what phsycodrama was, how do you not know it isn't beneficial? And even though you claim to have seen other rehab things wouldn't it be safe to assume they would tailor their services to meet the needs of their patients, unless you yourself have been in multiple rehab clinics and can put to rest those assumptions.

Why shouldn't she see her kids. Not being a parent myself, I couldn't be 100% accurate, but I am sure that it would do more harm than good not letting her see her kids for over a month, and more to the point, what about the kids they are freakin babies, they need to see their mum...It is quite funny really people were very critical of the fact she may not have soent much time with her kids pre promises and Now that she wants to spend plenty of time with them, people get all upitty upitty about her not being in lockdown...Find something to whine about and stick to it, don't change your mind everytime someone else says something. Lastly. Who ever said a nice facility isn't as good as a grotti maskoti one? Who says that Making Britney get down and dirty will actually help? Are you trying to shock them back into reality? If, they were there for drug and alcohol related problems and mental health related problems scrubbing a toilet may not work...if they didn't do that before they went in, they most likely won't do it after they leave so why force them into doing such tasks whilst they are there...and really what would it really achieve? Since her downward spiral, people have alluded to the possibility that her mental age, was the age in whhich she became an instant star..and so her brain and herself never actually matured in a normal surrounding, so if that was the case - which would make sense due to some poor choices on her part (not taking away her talent or nack for being a good entertainer etc) how would it be advantageous to make Britney, who may have the mental capacity of a 13-15 year old, scrub toilets and clean floors?

Stop the hating. If this was your parent or brother or sister or your friend would you be so quick to pass judgment? Goodluck Britney, we miss you.

The mood in the world is very different then it was back then. She does not have the ability to change to the current mood in the world now. She tried to with her "In The Zone" cd and it was the worst selling of her career. In fact, everything she (or I should say the industry) has tried to do for her to revive her career that has gone on a stright downward trend from the begining has failed. She was a fluke of her time and it is now over. Her first cd "BOMT" sold about 11 million when it came out (US figures), OIDIA sold about 7 million in the same amout of time from it's release, Britney sold about 3.5 million, and ITZ sold about 2 million. Her best hits (Not a studio cd) sold about 1 million. She has not had an upward trend anyware in her career, it has gone straight down. Now she is so crazy and has turned off almost all of her fans with her psychotic and irrational life that they are gone and will not come back. One of the main reasons Britney was so popular at the begining of her career was her image of strong and very sexy woman. Most of the world thought she was the one that had the talent and was running her own show. They thought she was strong and did not do drugs, drink, or do all those stupid things. Everyone now knows that was not the real her. They world now knows she can't handle stardom and fame and that she is not strong but is crazy. Vary crazy. She won't do what her bosses tell her to do but runs off and gets drunk, does drugs, flashes her cotch, gets married on impulse, has babies on impusle then neglects them, which turns off the public and world (which then turns off the record companies). She shaves her head and goes completely nuts and loses it all the time then ends up in rehab (which won't work for her since she needs much more then what that rehab place can do for her). She is in a rehab that she does not want to be in. She won't get better if she is there because of others and not herself. She is also in a rehab that is way to light for what she needs in order to confront her major dependancies and demons. Again, the real reason she was so famus years ago was becuase of the sweet and good image she had and her sexyness, now she has ruined that image completely, she is not sexy now and is major crazy now. She will also keep doing this the rest of her life, going crazy, and being unpridictable. The industry does not want her anymore and they have said so many times, she even said so a while back. That is part of why she was freaking out. She is very over and for good. The real shame of it is that she did this all on her own. She destroyed her career with her major self destruct drives. She had the world in her hands then she just threw it away.

paris is a skank 5:31. She will never be big again like she was years ago. I will bet you anything that she will never be back. Her being famous and all she had to go through has ruined her. Her mental issues are real deep and won't be handled with a couple of rehab stints. She does not want fame and that obligation anymore, you can tell by how she is acting. It brings her far to many painful memories. She is also no where near able to handle fame as she has proven. She just is not built for it. She is not back now and you can't say she will be since you have no prof of it. But we have tons of prof of her downfall and that fact she pshychologically can't handle fame and the pressure at all. She is over. She is far to damaged to make it back. Record companies, promoters, and the industry know she is crazy and very unpridictable. They know she will freak out again and lose them millions of dollars if they invest in her. It is thet industry that decides if she comes back, not Britney. She has so thourghly destroyed her chances of a comeback that the industry will not even try again. She could have had a chance right after she filed for divorce from Kevin when she went on letterman and looked like she was going to get it together. All she had to do is go and record her next CD, watch her kids with love, and act cool. She could have acted professional and sane. She had the world behind her at that time since no one liked Kevin. Then she went out and shocked her fans and the world in a very un-positive way and want crazy with crotch flashing three times on purpose, drugs, alcohol, hanging with Pairs, Lohan, fat Elvis, disrespecting her fans that thought she was going to be cool (that is why most of them left and wont be back), but the worst was how she treated her new born babies. That was unforgivable, except to a small handfull of her fans that justify it since they don't care about babies. She is now crazy with a bald head and has lost her mind for good. It will take years to rehabilitate her and stabalize her if that is possible at all. Record companies can't use her since the vast majority of the public hates her now. The major fact that she is so unpridictable when it comes to her acting rational and professional (which she is not) is why they don't trust her. She is very self destructive and turns on everyone including herself. They are not going to invest millions in her to tour and promote her when she is just going to go crazy again and cancel a major tour or any other obligations. She is over, get used to it.

For the next few years all we are going to hear about is her leaving rehab then going crazy again. then being put back in rehab, then leaving again and going crazy and neglecting her children and doing drugs/drink again. I am confused to why x17 posted the pic of the schedule - how deciving is it?! If we assume it was back in 2002 when the pic was taken based on the time on the board - yes it shows what the patients would read in the morning but as they are referring to Britney in the post it just isn't very accurate and gets people worked up on the fact it looks like a spa retreat, anyways...Britney in Promises, it may not solve all of her problems but I am sure it would be a step in the right direction for her...a stint in rehab would be better than no stint in rehab yeah??!!?

damn, when i was in rehab i shared a room with 6 other girls, and we didnt have any swimming pools..and we all shared a bathroom and had chores....it was very humbling and made me get back into a routine of how a normal person lives....i kinda think all the special treatment is what gets her in trouble in the first place, just my opinion

Let me remind all of the "doctors" in the comments that her rehab is optional not court ordered. Average joes who chose to go to rehab dont clean toilets with toothbrushes or get locked in with victims either.
