She was in this unfavourable position: if she does not enter the rehab, it will look bad and he could use it against her in the court. And if she does enter, it looks bad again because it shows how far her addiction is gone. He probably forced her to enter, so he could play the role of this devoted father and an understanding ex. He now has more ammo than ever to request the children (and thus to get more money, because of course, he is not doing all this for the children's sake).
So stop speculating about 'together or not', and start speculating how much more will she now have to pay him.

Being from Fresno knowing a few of Kevin's family they are descent people I am sure he isn't to far off from his up bringing. People need to remember why Britney is there, Kevin forced her hand and even though she took some extreme measures before finally giving in and going. What did Kevin do then he brought their kids to see there Mommy, what is so wrong with that? What makes him a bad father...he see's his other children in fact had a play date at his home all 4 of them, he feel's Shar is a good mother thats why he doesn't demand custody of his older two kid's. He does have income maybe not a faction of what he had acess to with Britney but he is comftable. The home he is now living in now was a home he owned and had rented out for monthly income, when Britney lost it he had to ask his tentant's to move so he would have a comftable home for the boy's and himself. This doesn't sound like someone going after anything more than a stable family for his and Britney's boy's. Give him a break he is trying, both sides her's and his families are working together to help make it easier when Britney comes back and is ready to assume her role in the family.

I have several scenarios myself what could be happening.
My point was that we just don't really know. What has seemed like total logic with other people I have known have totally turned around and surprised me.
And i KNEW them personally, we don't know really what is happening with them nor how they feel. Even what there close friends and family are saying to the public could have alterior motives.
I do tend to side on your theroy,but benefit of the doubt will always prevail to me until there is proof. :)

I'm giving Kevin the benefit of the doubt, he's at least taken his responsibilitie to heart this past few weeks. I used to think he was skank, now I think he's turned out ok. I've always thought she sucks! She has been losing it for some time now...it isn't even worth re-hashing. Reported she's in "love" w/ an AA member and guitar player...that sounds like someone focused on getting better doesn't it? She's planning to leave early for K-fed's party? Yea, she's in rehab for all the righ reasons....she is an ultimate loser!! I never thought I'd say this, but Kevin is too good for her!

I really hope the two get back together. I think Kevin will get his shit together once Britney gets out and they should grow up and raise their kids. I'm constantly looking at pics of Kevin & Brit and you can't say that they looked so much in love. I know deep down they both love each other and want to be together. Kevin will have to prove that he can settle down and be a family man. Afterall he is the father of 4!!!!
You know I was never a fan of Kevin's but does seem to be doing his best to help Brit through this. Keeping her kids accessible is one of the best things he could be doing for her right now. He's really stepped up to the plate. So kudos to Kevin and as for them getting back together...I'm not on the inside so I'm not to judge. I just hope that things work out for th best for all four of them.
